Poor Jewelry Quality
In March 2019, I purchased a Diamond Ring and 3 Bracelets. By July 2019, 1 of the bracelets had to be repaired because of the clasp, and a Diamond just fell out the ring.
As the ring was being repaired, more diamonds fell out and a new ring has been ordered, I've been without my ring for a month now. Long story short, I'm paying for a ring I can't wear, the bracelet clasp that was repaired wasn't repaired and is now lost.
Once I pay the balance of my credit off, I will never buy any jewelry from this company again. The quality is low standard at best.

In April i bought my fiancee an engament ring from Helzberg. Its 14k white gold diamonds and blue sapphires.
It after taxes was $3064.00 i lost my job do to layoffs and she was out of work for a period. I didnt wanna sell her ring, but shes very modest and practical. Upon trying to see how much id be able to possibly get for the ring. I was devastated to learn my ring only has a value off 250 dollars.
I wanted to cry or punch sonething. I was shown many rings which were biggee more vibrant for far far less than what i paid.
And thats not even including the $189.00 insurance. This should be illegal.
Lies they tell to get your business
I thought because it has a long history of being a family business that is all over different states it would be a great place to do business. The information I was told was very dishonest.
I could buy any ring and at any time trade it in for 100% value of the purchase as long as the new purchase was twice the amount. The ring I purchased was never worn but when the time came for me to make the purchase the story than changed. I was told read the fine print. They only do that with solitaire or loose diamonds.
I purchased a nice ring at the time because I was ready to ask the lady I love to marry me. It wasn’t the size I wanted but because of what I was told I figure cool I can upgrade no problem. I was truly disappointed and the customer service representative was so apologetic 101 with so many excuses. I think the most insulting experience is when the store manager at Tyson VA told me I should sale it on eBay that was a slap in the face.
It goes to show there not about quality. I would not buy a dog bowl from them. Yes I’m angry but as a customer spending several thousand of dollars who wants to deal with dishonesty. I’m going to make sure my friends and family on social media know not to do business with Helzberg because I never want anyone to experience what I have.
Jewelry is an investment Helzberg is not the place to invest. Let there words be shown on paper.
The matter was not resolved they ask if they could assist me with my next purchase. I told them to go to *** I paid $4,000.00 was willing to upgrade at $8,000.00 smh

Very bad experience with Halzberg after 20 years.
I've stopped at Halzberg for over twenty years. I've had a few issues but nothing like this one.
Seventeen years after i buy a ring that was a two toned ring yellow gold band, white gold on top of the ring. They replaced a diamond two times and sized and repaired this ring in the past.
When I got the ring back the last time it was being repaired (they were going to build the band up from where it had been worn down. Well i get it back and it's not the same ring. It was a white gold band instead of gold. The manager actually tried to tell me it was white gold all the time. As if i don't know my ring that i bought and have worn for 17 years. I am heartbroken over this. My husband tried to get it fixed and they told him the same thing. They rubbed it to try and get the gold back bc they spayed it with something. And they couldn't spend any more time on it. We get the ring back its still white gold and they're refuse to put the gold band back on it. Also one of the diamonds has a dark tent that wasn't touched.
I have a ring that i loved but now won't wear it. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN ANY HALZBERG DIAMOND STORES AGAIN.
I will take my jewelry in for cleanings only. Thay changed my band to white gold, i don't even know it they put a real diamond back in or not. They messed my ring up bad. They cheapened it so. My advise to anyone is this. Take pictures of what you send in for repairs bc you may not get back what you sent in. Take good pictures. Bc they will try to make you look like a fool.
VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AFTER OVER TWENTY YEARS. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Was emailed a black Friday special bought my wife a diamond necklace and get a free flatscren after wife opened at Christmas she wanted a different piece.Called the store asked if we could return the necklace and free gift gift(flatscren tv)they said sure come down to the store which is 45 min each way from my home got to store they had nothing she wanted so I being a helzberg diamond perfered card holder said just return these items please, At that time the clerk opened the tv box to check the item was in box the manger came in from lunch and said sorry we cant return products bought offline .So at that time we contacted customer service they sent us fed x pickup tags they were sent back to helzberg and received by them they said 10 days for credit but sorry you have to keep the tv which is $250.00 even tho I didn't buy the necklace still after a month of helzberg having the tv and the necklace have not got a credit on my account for either and no tv returned to me called customer service 5 times in the last month nobody has fixed the issue
