Terrible
I had a terrible experience with them. They originally told me the booking was cancelled as they had double booked and couldn't find anyone to do the clean.
Then the cleaners actually turned up on the day half an hour before the booked time. The the job they did was terrible, it didn't even look like the house has been cleaned! I spent ages going back and re cleaning everything. When I complained they said I wouldn't have to pay the full amount but then they charged me anyway.
At no point have they been helpful with the booking or the complaint.
Appalling customer service! Never again!!!!
