Got solicited I with a scam
A job applied for that was at home product reviews was easily shown as a scam.... nothing what it seemed, had to buy some site after given free trial to sell products

We were excited to see a new job posting site online when other sites seemed to be drying up in terms of perfect matches. Instead, I've been writing to them since November since our postings never posted/posted correctly.
Submitted ticket after ticket with no response. We have NEVER gotten an applicant from this site, not even a bad one! Since January, I've been attempting to cancel the account using the ticket system and a billing email. Absolutely no response.
I've been charged $973 so far for absolutely nothing.
There are no numbers and no active emails to contact this company for help!
Has anyone else successfully contacted the company? Has anyone been able to cancel their services?
Helpwanted.com is a complete scam

I submitted a ticket because they wouldn't upload my company's URL for recruits to apply on our website. 2 months later, still no response.
I emailed them for a refund, no response, I emailed them several times more, no response. I posted on their Facebook page of how horrible they are and no response. I blasted that their whole organziation is a scam on all their social media pages, no response. The page is a complete scam.
They won't allow you to delete your information off the site after you paid for it.
No delete account spot. No way to delete your company or personal information.
***Do not go through this site - it is 100% a scam***

- - helpwanted.com posted jobs in July 2017; no responses, they won't reply to emails or allow removal of our company and card data; $556 charged.
We posted jobs on helpwanted.com in July 2017. They have never contacted us about any applications and we have never gotten any responses from applicants either.
They won't return any of my emails, that I've sent with questions. They have been charging our credit card for posting jobs, even though I closed the jobs 2 months ago. I don't know how to get in touch with them, to remove our company and credit card information. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them, or actually talk to someone there....LET ME KNOW.
This is a huge scam, and I can't believe they have, and still are, getting away with taking employer's money. So far, this scam business has charged us $556, and if I don't get in touch with someone at helpwanted.com, our out of pocket expense will continue to increase.

I hope you guys both put in a charge back on your credit cards and told the credit card company how fraudulent it is. If enough people do that, they will get blacklisted and not be able to receive payments.

Placed an ad, paid for ad, which all was easy to do, until I needed to edit the ad, add another number, is when my ad had been taken off unless I paid another $100...now it has been made difficult to use website to get in touch with someone unless I pay. Don't use this scam of a company!

Our company posted an ad on the website www.helpwanted.com to search for employee's. After posting the ad and not getting any response we tried to edit the post.
We searched the site for FAQ's in editing the post and it said there would be a link in the confirmation email to edit our post, there wasn't. The company has not responded to any emails we have sent to ask about this nor is there any other way to contact this company.
If you are a company searching for new employees do NOT POST ON THIS SITE! IT IS A SCAM!!!
