Poor, irresponsible service

I ordered a CPAP mask from Help Medical Supplies. I later found out that I had ordered the wrong mask. I called Help Medical Supplies to initiate a return of a sealed, unopened product that I wanted to send back for a refund. They informed me that they were not accepting any return products because of the Corona Virus. I emphasized that the product was still sealed. They said that didn't matter because the package was touched by handlers i.e. delivery personnel along the way. I then asked if they were concerned about their customers who received products that were handled by the same transportation and delivery personnel. They said that wasn't their business. The lady I spoke to was nasty and rude with no caring at all about their customers.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this Help Medical Supplies, they are bad news.
