Help 4 Timeshare Owners

This company took my $2100 and ran. They wrote a few letters that had to be grammatically corrected and were pathetic.

They kept putting the responsibility on me to send them notices. I had to stay on their case by email and phone to get a response. I was told they really didn't have a manager. I was told that a salesperson made a lot of promises to me in the beginning.

I still have a timeshare. I still get collection letters and I'm totally out of the money that I sank into Help 4 Timeshare Owners.

I have gained nothing. I lost more!!

Do not use these people, I paid a lot of money to get out of a a timeshare they had one year the timeshare is still in my name, all they did was write 3 letters that they mailed me to sign and I had to pay 10.00 dollars each letter on top of the money I paid. Since the timeshare is still in my name after one year I called the Tennessee attorneys generals office .I am trying to call KIm Daggett case worker and jeremy durham lawyer.

and they will not return my call and I was told not to call back.

So basically they steal peoples money and don't care. I hope they can live with themselves and Karma CALL THE ATTOURNEY GENERALS OFFICE615-741-****!!!

Help 4 timeshare had my account for one year and the timeshare is still in my name.Since the time share is still in my name I called the attorney general office of Tennessee.I paid 2188.00 and all they did for me was write some letters on my behalf mailed the letters to me for me to sign and I had to pay an additional 10.00 dollars a letter to get certified.I tried calling case worker Kim Daggett and their lawyer Jeremy durham and they will not return my call and I was told not to call back.Even though its someone else lawyer shouldn't they contact you.I hope they can live with Karma

This company charged us an exorbitant amount of money! They told us not to tell the timeshare that we were using them.

They advised us to write 2 letters to the timeshare requesting a termination, which we had already done. I twice requested a list of the work they had done on our behalf and they quit correspondence with me. The timeshare finally terminated our “benefits” because of nonpayment of our maintenance fees. Help 4 Timeshare Owners then declared that was because of their work.

When I pointed out that their company certainly had knowledge that our nonpayment would curtail our timeshare, the representative for Help 4 Timeshare Owners got snippy and scoffed that she’d like to see us do it on our own.

A third request for exactly what they had done for us was ignored. Don’t waste your money on Help 4 Timeshare Owners!!

On June 28 they talked my son into opening a American Express card to pay there 4500.00 fee. They told him that he had 3 days to cancel there services.

He called on June 29 and June 30 and talked to Carl and Heidi neither of them said anything about not being able to cancel. I had him call on Monday and that was when he was told he couldn't cancel for 365 days. It was bad enough that SilverLeaf scammed him now this company is charging him more then he owes. They told him to stop paying his loan payment and they would do a FULL credit restoration at then end of the of contract.

My son serviced his country for 8 years and did 3 tours of Iraq and this company knows how steal from him and abuse him.

Don't use them and turn them into to BBB. Say NO.
