Holiday to Hawaii

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have recently returned from Hawaii where I travelled with four other people. Three of them had not travelled overseas before and our holiday was a nightmare because of Helloworld, we have also had very little response from our local agent.

The rooms in our hotel in Maui were mouldy and smelt disgusting, we complained and were moved to a nicer room.

We asked that our Luau be booked at the hotel we were staying and it was only luck that we discovered our agent booked us into somewhere totally different. There were other problems in Maui but I will not go on.

Our time on the Big Island was great, but not long enough.

Then we arrived in Ohau, arrived at our hotel to find we had no booking. They found a room for the night but the rooms were so small you had nowhere to put anything.

The next morning we went looking for a better place and found another hotel, which we were willing to pay for ourselves, but thankfully the only good thing our agent did was pay for the new accommodation.

We also paid for our holiday in full in January then travelled in May.

I have travelled overseas many times and have never had any problem. This holiday has turned the first timers off travelling overseas again.

We will never deal with Helloworld again or recommend them to anyone.

Cancel Booking PBJTGA-803-150-****

Hello,

For the booking of PBJTGA-803-150-****, I would like to cancel. I have talked one of your consultants and told the ticket is non refundable.

I have talked to KLM which we will fly with. They said for sure they accept cancelation.

There is more than one month to flight. You keep our $600 for a service we wont take.

This is crystal clear against the law of Australia and Fair Trading.

If you dont refund my money asap. I am taking a legal action and whatever it cost to me I will sue to the end.

Thanks
