Ask for a reimbursement because the event has been postponed and you arrive by plane from another country
We have booked very expensive tickets for a soccer game in Paris on the 29th of September. Just by chance, we discovered that the match has been moved.
We have not received any information from you about this. When we look at your site, we see that you continue to sell tickets. This is not legal. Since we are coming from Norway by plane, we will not be able to watch this game.
We kindly ask you to make an exception and reimburse our tickets.
We have not received the tickets yet, but we have paid for them. Best regards, Vibeke.

I didn't get tickets but got refund of the payment for the tickets
When i booked the tickets for the londen eye i got after i payed the message that i had to choose another time. While trying to do that i was trown of the website.
I tried to telephone Hello Tickets but they were not reacheble by phone. After that I send an email en after a few hours i got an answer.
Hello Tickets offered a refund of the paid amount. A few days later i got my money back.

I have not received my tickets and cannot make it to the event tonight nicks vs sacramento nba match on the 4-4-2024, very disappointing
