Difficulty with making sure where payment is going/set up wrong
Please contact me to discuss the account that was set up last week. I set something up but then it was not working correctly. I want to make sure we are only being billed for one account.

Preferred solution: Someone to talk to on the Phone to discuss what my difficulty is. To make sure we are only being billed for 1 account.
Number porting
The number doesn't work "server unreachable". I opened a ticket, replied to the support techs email.
Apparently their email addresses are not set up correctly because every time I emailed them I would get an email saying they hadn't heard from me. Then they closed my ticket.
I also emailed the generic support email and got a reply saying that this email is not monitored. Terrible job!

Preferred solution: I would like to get our fax number ported over to our hellofax account so that we can fax documents again.

The bank sent me another debit card because of fraud. I'm not in New Jersey right now.
My oldest brother passed away so I came to Puerto Rico to his funeral. My new debit card is in NJ. I need to pay with my checking account, but I don't see any option to pay with check.
Can you help me? Thank you.

Cancel subscription
as i signed with veterans compensation (Chad), i was required to register with Hellosign so my documents could be signed from Chad.none. veterans compensation already have a subscription with (then Hellosign) Hellodropbox who pay for the services i registered for.
However, as of January 2022 and again January 2023,180.00 dollars was taken from my VISA account totaling 360.00. Please do not charge/invoice me.
your records will show verteranscompensation is working in my behalf and is paying for your services. Please cancel my person subscription.

Tried to send a fax from Canada but it kept showing Sint Martaan. So I didnt trust the software.
They write to say there was a bug they were fixing. And Sint Martian would still work.
