Have been waiting forever to redeem my phone's

I want one of their casino games put in for the redemption process. Everything went smooth until the end when it's supposed to give me my money, and I've never received it.

Yet they claim they sent it to the bank; the bank has no recollection of it. I've won on two other casinos for which I filed for redemption after Hello Millions, and I've already received it now.

I'm waiting on Thursday. How's that possible?

They did end up paying me out 2 months later but I wasn't in horrible finance trouble the way I was when I needed that $1,000 so I ended up playing it all back and I think they should give me some free play because if they would have had their crap together that day and if the customer service rep would have done what he was supposed to do as when he asked which account I wanted to keep and I told him the one with the $1,000 on it what does he do gives me the other account and no funds transferred on it so it took me two months of fighting and stress and it's ridiculous I shouldn't have to go through that and you all should compensate me something besides my $1,000 that I write fully one that I ended up giving back to you all 2 months later when y'all finally gave it to me

I wrote many reviews they know who I am and why I'm doing this. They took my winning account with over 700 on it and gave me.

Made up account with a old email address that was fraud by a Nigerian man. I've explained this numerous times and promised they are switching back the correct account and almost 2 months later I still am locked out the account I understand multiple times. S I just got screen shots of my purchases and doing chargebcks on their scamming butte. Cockwaffles!

I've been funding this account and only this account below in my pics since June 2024! I didn't hit til December 27 2024. Why did they keep taking my money if it was a 2nd account? The account they gave me has 0 balance and never 1 penny put on that account.

Apparently they have no brains to see which account is my correct and only account I've ever frigging used there. I never knew wof this other account they say I had.

Smh shame on u goodbye millions.i advise caution if you have multiple emails and verify with them you only have 1 email on file or u won't be paid. I was scammed so someone else set up a account under another email of mine that was old and even after sending proof they shut me out my account n tried to not pay me until I came here so just don't have 2 emails on account even if 1 has never been funded to play on there.

Preferred solution: They fixed account 2 months later So I feel like I should get some free play since I would have cashed out that 1000 the day of but played it nack 2 months after the fact when credited my account the 1000. Cus service there sucks bad

HelloMillions doesn't take the time to respond; in fact, they can't, because there must be too many customers dealing with the same issues. I'm more than sure there are many like me. Thanks to you, we can at least complain.

I received a tempting offer for this place. I looked up reviews online, and Trust Pilot has it rated 4.2 positive.

I went in and it took me longer to pay than to play. The slot machines are so hungry they gobbled up all my money in seconds... I was surprised because I'd never lost so fast. Normally, they screw you, but they do it more slowly...

at HelloMillions, they don't give you time, you lose everything quickly. I called customer service, and they told me everything was fine, so I decided to leave because apparently they're used to customers losing quickly...

right? I don't recommend it at all.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave me my account back with my money on it. I am very happy for your platform because companies are exposed and it pushes them to actually be held accountable

On December 27th 2024 I funded my casino account on hello millions and I ended up hitting a bonus for almost $1,000 thank God I took a screenshot of it that has hello millions logo on it so they can't say it was a different casino so I play it down to like $700 and something dollars I do not know the exact amount on it because I can't see it I can't even get into it anymore so I go to verify myself with my driver's license and a bill and whatever else they were asking for and after I do that it logs me out I try to log back in and it says I have multiple accounts and now it's giving me this account I've never played on I have never funded so I contact her horrible and I do mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 40 almost 3 years on Earth okay no joke the worst worst all they do is gaslight you but the first guy with maybe two brain cells left after I explained I was a victim of fraud on the internet my information has been on the black market for a few years now and it was someone in Nigeria that actually has everything in my info including the front and back of my driver's license I was duped about I don't know the beginning or midsummer in 2023 and I had to close every bank account I had change passwords on my Google account Facebook all my social media okay after explaining this the horrible rep says well you can only have one account which one would you like to keep and so I screenshot with the actual receipt with my account number on it that I funded and have about 10 times I hadn't played a whole whole lot there yet but anyhow I made it very clear as to wanting me account with the $700 and some odd dollars on it and I also explained the email address that they had for the fraudulent account was one I have not used in a very very long time like before they even became a casino online okay so he says okay and I go to login a few hours later and it's still that fraudulent account I reply back and tell him you gave me the wrong account sir like it was the other one why did you do that and no reply he would not answer me back there's a fake phone number to call that is out of New York is what it says when I call it and as soon as you call it goes straight to a voicemail every time saying that all their agents are busy leave a message and they will get back with me as soon as possible or within one business day or something like that I have proof on my call logs how many times I called them and left messages and it doesn't matter if it's 12:00 noon or 12:00 midnight it never rings it just goes straight to that voicemail so that also tells me that this place is fraud scammer it's a one man operation if you ask me and he's probably in Nigeria where all the fraud comes from as we well know on the internet. So nobody ever calls me back I will send them an email with the old ticket and a new ticket I get the same generic message that they are working diligently on my account and they need a little bit more time and if I haven't heard back in 72 hours to contact them back and that's the game I've been playing for almost 2 months now so I wrote a horrible review on trust pilot about them and they reply back that they can't find my account with the info given and to please contact them and they want to you know get the straightened out for me and oh just sounds so peachy and so wanting to help me right well I have every email I've sent them which is over 50 of them since Sunday since they wrote that *** of a message back to try and look good on trust pilot yeah cuz I even replied back to them with both account numbers the fraud account number that they made me take and the one that they stole from me it won't get back the last thing I got Sunday night from a man named Richard is he is transferring it to the correct team to get it switched back correctly and guess what I think that team is on vacation and probably doesn't even exist nor have they ever so I have all my receipts on this once again even the screenshot of the hit I won in the bonus of almost $1,000 to prove my story and I have every email of them gaslighting me I have the emails of them asking me multiple times which account do I want to keep and then it never gets processed they could take my account away from me and give me the fraudulent one within one millimeter of a second but over 2 months now almost excuse me almost 2 months now they can't get it back to my old account even though I have that number for them and I keep screenshotting that receipt that I have will my latest receipt that is if need be I can go back and dig in and get every receipt from that place but on the fraudulent account no one has ever funded that so let's play devil's advocate here even if I did open that account which I did not but say I did nothing has ever been added on there funding wise so therefore nobody could have even won money on that account so I am making my promise to them that I made a few moments ago that I am not going to stop I am going to trash their name I'm going to screenshot this or copy this entire message and I am just going to start going to every trust site rating site social media site which I'm on all of them and I am dedicating today to trashing them and I'm going to make sure that it cost them way way way more than the little $700 they won't give back to me so I now have renamed them as goodbye millions I am also going to look into who approves em to b in America to take our $ and scam us

The Company Hello millions has not given Me the money I won fair and square.The verified my account earlyJuly. They at that point said, 3-5 business days.

Thought at that point smooth Sailing, but no. All the cards I used were mine but two of the cards had fraudulent activity & I replaced them .

None of the Fraud took place on their website. St this point I don't know what to do because I needed the moneys.

As of today Hellomillions.com has only said they are busy & they would send to appropriate Team.Same response that Wow Vegas says Everytime they contact me. Sad in my Case they have yet to give me the money I won or explain anything about the Issues.

My name is Kevin Eric Hamilton & the Hellomillions.com has yet to pay me. In their favor they haven't lockedat that point theme out like another Site I'm having problems with .

So I won 1700$ , told Me I need to verify my account which I did. At that point I was told it would take 3-5 Business Days, and I waited. 6- or 7 Business Days later I ask thru Customer service what's going on. A nice lady she seemed to want to help.

Told me I needed to show pics of credit cards & what was my relationship with another card I used one time. I explained it was my Son's card & that's all they ask in the first email to get the money. They responded again & said they needed a Pic of that card & I told them it was my murdered Son's card .( I don't know where it is probably the police have it.) At this point all I get is ticket numbers & someone will get back to Me, which never happens.

Hope it comes soon my Son's body going to be released soon. Cry for help from a 65 year old who needs the money.
