Premium phone number

On January 3rd I phoned your company explaining I had only received one issue of Hello magazine since taking out subscription. I was told two had been sent (only received one) and my subscription was extended to cover missing issues.

My complaint is your telephone number is a premium number which is practically unheard of these days and Ive just received my phone bill with an extra £8.30.added to it + 69p. with your telephone number.

Im a pensioner and cannot afford this extra expense. When displaying your phone number there should be an indication that it is a premium number.

In the process it gave us another account number. How do I update our original account?

I have sent numerous letters with the previous correspondence attached, but I just am sent another request to renew. Today , July 28th, I received a last chance notice with no response to my previous correspondence. This has been going on since May so I unless I receive some actual answers to my problem, I will not be renewing my subscription

Renewal of my subscription seems to have gone missing

My account #11500****. I sent my renewal via regular mail when I was offered your first best rate for renewal about 2 months ago.

Since then I have received another urgent renewal notice which I answered and again sent it via regular mail. Today I again received an urgent renewal notice. What can be done about this as I wanted to take advantage of the early renewal rate with no tax. Today, July 28th, I received a "Final Notice" from Hello Magazine.

No reply to my previous correspondence again - just another notice - this time the "Last Chance" I have to subscribe to the magazine. I am very fed up that there has been no acknowledgement of my previous letters, just another probably computer generated notice!

Missed issues

I have emailed numerous times and no one will help me. I have not received three issues in a row now.

I am asking why? I love the magazine and don't want to cancel but it seems I have no choice. I am in the US so I need a phone #. None of your American #'s work.

I am not calling England as it would cost way too much money. Since I've only received three issues, how do I cancel and how will I receive refund. If I don't get answers soon, I am going to contact my credit card company and let them fight this battle. It is sad as your magazine is my guilty pleasure every week.

Your customer service is horrible, sad to say, based on the responses and/or lack of responses I have received thus far.

I hope someone can help me here. Thank you.

Change of credit card.

I need to change my credit card and my phone number and can't find my account in which to put a new card. I don't want to put my credit card number in an email.

Because of this, I ran over the time limit and had to get a new account after taking Hello for many years. Also wondering why I wasn't given the summer offer price of $121.37 offered elsewhere.

I have the two magazines to start my new account but they were delivered to the wrong address which I also need to check.

Sick of this runaround.

Sent them proof of payment twice.

Paid for. Yearly subscription Paid up until Dec 2023

Just got an email telling me my subscription needs renewed in July and they would be taking over $200 for renewal through my credit card

Customer service is absolutely deplorable

No phone calls are being answered.

After this I wont be renewing my subscription
