Meds have not been shipped
I requested an early refill and paid $648.00 on 12/2/2024. The money was taken out of my bank that day.
I would like to know when I can expect to have them shipped. It's been three days and it says it's at the pharmacy.

I’ve tried to make a purchase without success
I did the online application including bank card details and downloaded my drivers license picture thinking that I would hear back soon and make a purchase. Ive had only confusion since and have called the customer service number many times and its never answered. I hoped I could speak on the phone with someone and resolve this but to no avail.
