Racism; Invasion

At 5438 Delmar Blvd, St Louis MO 63112: Helix Realty has a *** white male Tenant (apt 401) going into African Americans apts on the fourth floor. It started the morning after tenant moved in, he complained to management about every inch of the apt. Then mgmt typed notes /accusations in the tenants file. Adding insult to injury: the NASTY, *** white male maintenance men are going into AA apartments on the 4th floor completely contaminating the bathroom, then immediately walking into the kitchen, to steal, ransack, contaminate and also criticizing every inch of the apt. Everytime management is confronted, they say "he was looking for damage". According to neighbors Helix is catering to "Advanced Mentally Ill male" residents and ONLY cares about their direct deposit of rent.

User's recommendation: Extremely Racist company.
