I paid for a service that I can't access and nobody at Helium 10 can resolve the issue!

I have been waiting for someone to resolve the issue for more than 5 hours and nobody seems to care!

User's recommendation: Helium 10 employees don’t seem to care about their clients. Be careful about enrolling in one of their services.
