My password wont work and I can reset it as Ive tried more than 5 times to do this. I need to log in so that I can launch my product and Im two weeks delayed because I havent been able to log in

I paid for a service that I can't access and nobody at Helium 10 can resolve the issue!
I have been waiting for someone to resolve the issue for more than 5 hours and nobody seems to care!
