I JUST CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO UNDERSTAND
- - An arrogant staff member questioned my business.
- - He could not provide debit card rates/fees and didn't send them.
However, I had this arrogant egotistical guy even asking me my business as if I was crazy. Asking?
Then when I asked him the rates/fees for the debit card, he literally said he did not know and said he would send, but he didn't.
This is often the same attitude I get with some cryptos. Why can't you simply answer questions, you dummy?
