This company did not do anything to refund us. They were very rude and hateful. They have never followed up.
My kids became very sick after consuming a nationally recalled product. They never refunded us nor offered any reimbursement for medical bills.
They are the worst company ever, and I hope they get shut down. I have heard from locals there in the city in which they operate that the factory used to produce their ice cream is not sanitary.
The food is not suitable for human consumption. Do not buy their products unless you want dirty ice cream.

They denied my claim
Those who ate the mango bars became very sick with symptoms of salmonella food poisoning. We reached out to the health department, CDC, and the food poisoning website. We also sought medical treatment for the children. However, the company's insurance agency Chubb is refusing to cover any expenses.
They are denying our claims for medical products and treatment for the children, even though one child is under 2 years old and was severely affected.
We demand compensation for their suffering, especially since they won't even reimburse us for the medical supplies we had to purchase. It is unjust for them to reject our claim when we have provided ample evidence of the illness.
Preferred solution: To be reimbursed for the medical items and PTSD which has developed as a result of this matter. They need to accept liability for selling a contaminated product.
