Great Customer Service and Support

They responded quickly and the representative was very kind and patient. Even though I don't agree with their shipping policy, and stated that to the representative, she was still kind and professional as well as showed empathy.

Question about timing of planting

Sonia was super helpful. I ended up going with Parfuma Earth Angel.

The roses I bought last year ( shown) is Gabriel Oak. I also started a climber last year: Claire Austin. I thought it was supposed to be cream in color, but in maturity, it turns pink.

My favorite rose is Just Joey, but its been sold out. My last years attempt is very small, but true to form.

I have ordered several roses from you and have never had one rose before this one ever died so this makes me think something about the rose was going on so after trying several different things with it and it just didnt seem to work I decided to get hold of you

Could not believe how many times I tried to save it but nothing worked and it just started dying again and I finally gave up on it and decided to call the company and ask for a replacement
