I'm a customer for 20 years and nobody seems to care!
First i used to have someone that passed by and check my account, okay not anymore, then I call someone to placed the order not anymore, okay now I have to placed the orders on line fine. But now they change the date of delivery without letting me know and anyone can do anything. Its very frustrating.
Preferred solution: Someone to talk about it. And fixed it

Tastes terrible
We were in Alaska on a vacation, Tried a 6 pack of bottles Heineken and tasted like water and was not good, tasted terrible. I remember it having blue writing on it but cannot be pacific of the type we tried.
I no longer have the bottle or receipt.
We are npw back at home in Minnesota. Dont have the code ect, I dont think I will try Heineken again, We thought we would try something different.

We need Heineken tall boys 0.0 in all gas stations
My review and complaint is that theres no *** non alcoholic Heineken in all gas stations I dont want to drink alcohol but I love the Heineken! Fix it.

Cut my finger
Bought a 12 pack today at walgreens todayand as i put my hand into the carry handle i cut the tip of my index finger on the cap of the bottle. I took a picture of the cut on my finger.r

Bad product
Found lies and three of my bottles. Was having a party with a bunch of friends to watch the World Series game between the Phillies and the Astros and we were drinking Heineken beer when we found glass in the bottom of the one bottle and my wife cut her tongue on it and her tongue is still so sore she cant eat it was a very bad experience

replace fizzed beer
My beer fizzed out through the caps as it was gently transported in a beer cooler. Even if it was a shaky transport the caps should provide a decent seal.
