Resolved: Non-existent customer Service.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They reshipped. Aaaaa.
Non-existent customer service. Ordered 11/30.
Received an email with a tracking number that doesn't exist. Sent an email to the company since their website says this is the only way to reach them. Sent a week ago and no response. Found a telephone number today, but it says not accepting calls at this time.
This is beginning to sound like a scam company at this point, even though I am pretty sure they are legit. If they are still in business next year, I will be surprised.
