Hebeos - Terrible process for returns, no one will help me!
I have written to Hebeos 3 times about returning a dress I bought for my friends wedding that does not fit me. No one has responded to any of my messages, and there is no simple way to return an item yourself through their site. You must contact them and ask for a return/refund within 7 days?.. But I have still not received any information about how to get my dress back and I'm very upset. there is no customer service phone number to call either so you are completely in the dark oil what to do if you don't like your order.

User's recommendation: don't purchase here - return policy should be transparent and easy not this difficult.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I made a complaint about Hebeos not delivering my dress on time as promised.

I requested a refund and they granted me my refund. I am writing this as a follow up to my complaint to let you know that they refunded the total amount of what would have been my wedding dress+ shipping.

Public Service Announcement: Please NEVER Order from Hebeos I ordered a wedding dress from this company ( on April 10th. When I ordered the dress, the website said that the dress will be delivered by the 3rd of May and I placed the order on April 10th based on that....
