Im a loyal customer of HEB, never had any issues with deliveries or customer service until today. I work remotely, have been for the last 4 years.
I rely on the home delivery because its so reliable and convenient. When the HEB app showed the order as delivered even though nothing had arrived it wasnt a big concern, I give it a good hour, still nothing. Ive submitted 2 emails and of course no response because it hasnt been 48 hours. The orders that get delivered have a photo of the order afterwards.
Theres no picture with the order from today. I hope the employee hasnt been in an accident or had an emergency.
I want what I paid for. I think Ive finally lost patience

On July 13, 2023 I went grocery shopping as usual at HEB. On my way to the check out registers, I slid and had to grab my basket/cart and did the split to keep from hitting the floor.
I had spine surgery several months ago so I surely did not want to hit the floor... I looked down and there was lotion or soap (white) all over the floor and I told an employee that they need to clean this up before someone gets hurt as I almost fell. I went to the register and asked for a supervisor and I spoke to Moe and told him that I had just had back surgery a few months ago and almost fell because there was stuff all over the floor.. He just took my name and number down on a piece of paper and said they will follow up with me.
I checked out then went back to the area where I Slipped and they had it cleaned up but not all of it and the supervisor moe was there and asked me where it happened. He never asked if I was ok or if i was injured...I never heard back from them so the next day I called up there to HEB and I spoke to Jesse who hung up on me once i explained the situation to him..I called back and got Javi whom was a meat manager and he transferred me to Mark whom I explained what happened and he took all my information down and stated they would follow up with me and nothing..so last Friday I went back to shop for some items and spoke to another manager and she called moe and they called someone else who stated that he did get my report.i said nobody ever followed up with me..what happened to incident reports in case something comes up later or something triggered my surgery.. I said I would hate to have to report you all. He said I promise we will call you Monday..a week later to today, August 13, 2023, AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER, I have not heard from anyone.
This is UNACCEPTABLE HEB!! 1. I spend way too much money with your chain, I give you all a lot of my hard-earned money every 2 weeks and have since I was a young adult. 2.
I used to be an employee of HEB when I was in High School so the dedication goes back decade's 3. This is terrible business and terrible accountability taken on your end as a company. Why treat your customers or anyone this way when you were negligent in the matter. A simple follow up to ensure I was ok or if I need anything or even an apology would be expected.
NOBODY had any Empathy nor compassion in the matter and lacked to even care that I was put in this situation. I am highly disappointed in this company and their actions are completely UNACCEPTABLE! I took a picture of the floor after the employee wiped the floor up and the manager Moe was standing there asking me where it occurred.
I will attach.. UNACCEPTABLE HEB!!

Dear sir or ma'am, im contacting you with hopes of an answer. Luling Texas HEB is in Disrepair and not modern whatsoever.
Is there plans to help my many family memeber there? The Campos Family are a large Family of 25 brothers and sisters. Our family in Luling and surrounding areas is huge. Currently many families are traveling to San Marcos or Lochart.
How can we request that HEB expand and remodel the existing store in Luling. Its a huge hassle and many of Lulings residents travel to further HEBs because the ome in Luling is very limited in product. I eagerly anticipate a response to ket my families know something. We range in age from days old to the hundred.
Many of my family there cannot travel as many do. Please help me help my family.
We are all Loyal HEB customers and deserve the best HEB has to offer. Sincerely Adam Campos

Curbside orders
I started shopping (mostly curbside) at the HEB on Parmer and Mopac after they renovated the store and I've had nothing but problems and I've complained numerous times but today is the last time I will shop at this store! The use by date on the meat is usually the same day but this time they went too far.
I ordered and picked up groceries yesterday, September 16, 2023. I only ordered one package of chicken and now I have to throw it out. The date wasn't yesterdays date, it wasn't even last week, The date on my package of meat was August 25!! 23 days old.
I am so mad that I don't really even want to shop at HEB any more but that's the only store near me besides Whole Foods - but I guess that's where I'll have to start shopping. I plan on posting this on my nextdoor app to let others in my are know NOT to use curbside.DO

My husband and I as senior citizens come into the Andersen Mill RD or Four Point stores at least 3 times a week. We were at Andersen Mill RD today, bought 3 items, went on the 15 item or less line.
Infront of us was a guy with a cart FILLED with stuff. He must have had 30 items! We were ok with this until he began breaking his order up into multiple orders! We left and went to the self checkout.
Standing there were managers, and we told them of this problem. They left to investigate. While we were checking out on the self check out another person from HEB came over to us to explain why he was allowed by HEB to check out like he did. The girl said that this guy comes in each day and buys bread and stuff to donate.
Also, she told us in no uncertain words that this was ok since he was a better customer than we were because he comes in each day!!! I told her I found that insulting. Firstly, if this is a habit, then he should go to Customer Service to check out, either that or stand on line like all the other little people do!!! How horrible of HEB to employ someone that blatantly insults customers!
Is this a common practice? I am not sure but our money is just as good as this guy's. There is nothing so special at HEB that we can overlook being talked to in this manner by HEB .
Shame on everyone there that allowed this. Too many other places with better pricing, like Sam's or Cosco.

Well yesterday I went into the ore like I do everyday I use the blood pressure machine there after I do a short walk for stimulation of my circulatory system I have C. A.
D an high blood pressure anyway like I was saying went to use machine noticed I was being followed by my local HEB stalker sense from when i noticed last summer then after I used machine went got a pint ice cream paid for it as I turned around the security guard was behind me as well as a new Manager see I complained about my stalker an now they got a new manager I guess now she's trying to get me arrested they accused me of stealing without proof only tod me that I had been seen by many employees on many different occasions of stealing why wasn't I stopped at those times n then proceeded to tell me I was kicked out the fallowing nite for the same reason that was another lie I did go to the HEB used the blood pressure machine got a donut paid for n walked out nobody stopped me or escorted me or kicked me out they both were interrogating me trying to intimidate me. They embarrassed me in front of other customer's with no just cause other than this one employee who is just a janitor there who practically stalks me every time I go I did complain but like I said their is a new manager an I guess she sweet talked him or something who knows I feel like I should press charges for false accusations, verbal abuse, an embarrassing me I was physically attacked in my passed after I left the store I felt just as ugly an ashamed as when that happened to me brought back feelings an pain I've tried hard to forget I still feel scared I'm affraid to go back thinking they might gang up on me again but I don't think they should get away with bulling loyal customers I've been going to that HEB sense there Grand opening over 40yrs ago
