I stopped vto purchase a few things that I thought they might be on yourselves but it was that to find out one of them wasn't. The item in question is and was "Indies Corporation jet fuel coffee cold brew".
Although your juice stuck in carry the single serving cups for a Kruger listening device I do not have and would not want this item due to the fact this is cold brewed coffee why would I put it in the machine that can get hot, it is not make logical sense to me?
I proceeded to ask an employee if he could help me or they can have if we can have it ordered because I know when I lived in San Antonio and Kirby at the store over there when they did not have my Indies cold brew coffee and then they had the single servings and the maple both Jet fuel and Maple... All I was told to do was fill out a yellow form and put the product that I wanted and it would be ordered and distributed next month or not the truck day that was coming up but the next truck day. So I did this for the coffee and a certain kind of cereal I like because Maple waffle cereal.
Well in the pool of liquor store I asked the guy if he could order it because they do have the single savings there and I think you get a more bang for your buck with the 9 or 10 dollar bags. He said he talked to the head of that was over the groceries and he was told that no they cannot be ordered.
I would not allowed to have a face-to-face contact with this man and was not giving even given a reason why they could not be ordered and I when I asked him about the other forms for ordering privileges he said he's never heard of it. I also asked the teller at the register for these forms and he also has never heard of each ones. All I'm saying is I would like my bag of Indies cold brew coffee located in my point of locker store the next time I'm there. I will also like two bags of these coffee and a $100 gift card.
Truthfully I actually feel that it's worth more than that $100 I think it's worth $200 because of the way I wasn't talk to or discussed and made felt absentee insignificant and uncared about. What happened to the model is the customers always right or an open door open here. This is my order number. On the cool in the last 4 days I have spent around $200 each visit which is two visits and one other $70 order for a friend's barbecue game day so we're talking $470.
That is what I'm asking for on a HEB gift card nothing more nothing less I'm pretty sure I have my receipts. And this head of groceries that name starts with a J Jonathan, James, Jordan whatever needs to have a class in relation people and ethics. Maybe he could do a aftercare at Workforce Solutions...

All the times I have shopped at HEB, your customer service has been 90% fantastic. Employees are great for on the spot problems'
I am having problems, no matter which HEB I shop at for handicapped parking.
Never mind all those years parking in the back of the parking lot and walking but now as age has come. I rarely find a spot when I really need one.
The young people say there is too many but what they don't realize, is in a few short years they will need them too. So my question is since more than 50% of the population is 55 and over. Why haven't the handicapped spots been increased?
I also notice no one ask me anymore ' Do you need help to the car with that" I know that's still available if I ask.
Most seniors won't ask they don't want to be a bother. A posted sign stating that would be nice.
I run in to pick up a few things and it turns into 29 things ( your store's fault of course. So many yummy items)
I can't go through the self-check out or the 15 items or less, So I have to stand in the long lines and it takes forever.
Instead of 15 items maybe change to 10 and 25 items lanes.
I know it doesn't cover my 29 but a few are duplicates and in my mind those count as one.
Done with my comments lol, It also took me forever to find this customer relation page. Not user friendly to find.

Preferred solution: A store that is clean and in MUCH better condition. Not just for me .. but the elderly population that depends on the store.

Poor customer service
HEB at University Blvd Sugar Land going thru renovations. Some items do not have the correct price or location.
Approached 2 young ladies standing by cashiers. Told me to go to cashier (with lines) to get price check. Told her will not fall in line for a simple price check. Directed me to self check out to ask for assistance.
Approached an employee at self check out ( there was no line) and was told to go to cashier line. Was passed around by these employees for a simple price check. No effort to help. None of them tried to use their tools to assist.
Did not finish the rest of my shopping and left. Very poor customer service and handling of situation. Notice these employees just stand around. And talk to each other trying to look cute.
Went to Riverpark instead and it went very well. Good customer service.

HEB has not called back about the 20. demand overtip or refunded any monies back.
I only meant to tip 5.00 because that's all I could afford at the time. This is also generally true so I have decided not to use delivery services anymore!
