Case won’t open can’t get head phones out
Tried to open case to use headphones. The zipper pull actually broke trying too open case. Should have purchased skull candy everything works no problem ever time

Subscription Cancellation
My card has a transaction on it from heavy Inc for 2.00. I don't remember subscribing to anything with you guys. Please remove my card ending in 8839 and cancel all subscriptions and memberships with you guys.
Preferred solution: Remove my card number ending in 8839 from your system and all subscriptions and/or memberships cancelled.
