I purchased two Philly steak and cheese sandwiches from the establishment and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the customer service I received.

The sandwiches were falsely advertised as steak and cheese, yet they contained no cheese at all. To make matters worse, the sandwiches were heavily loaded with mayonnaise, seemingly to disguise the lack of cheese.

The overall taste was bland, the bread was not toasted, and the product did not meet even basic expectations for a Philly steak sandwich.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff and requested a refund, I was told that the company does not offer refundsdespite there being no signage or prior communication of this policy. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude, argumentative, and disrespectful, which only worsened the experience.

I requested a full refund for both sandwiches due to the misleading product and unacceptable service.

However, the company did not give me a refund. I am not happy at all.
