Resolved: Cancel Heavenly Tubing
- - There is difficulty contacting Hevenly support.
- - Tubing tickets cost $330; gondola tickets would add over $600.
- - Not willing to pay $1000 to go tubing.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Pissed Consumer was awesome at helping to get my situation resolved almost as soon as I hit "send"!!!.
First of all, I have spent hours now trying to get in touch with someone about my issue. I am now emailing because NO ONE can help me and I can't get in touch with anyone that is actually at Hevenly!!!
I bought tubing tickets to find out later that I also needed to buy Gondola tickets. Tubing tickets cost $330 and Gondola tickets was going to be an ADDITIONAL COST OF OVER $600!!!
I am not paying $1000 to go tubing!!

This is regards to a previous employee request a 1099 be mailed to current address.
- - A 2022 IRS 1099 was mailed to an old address.
- - Heavenly only replied when the original form was sent; no update after address correction.
A 2022 IRS 1099 was mailed to an old, incorrect address. The only reply from Heavenly, was when the original form was sent. After replying to Heavenly with the correct mailing address, a reply regarding what if any actions have occurred has not been received.
