Tried to call their customer service number! They don't answer your call with a live person!!!
You have to leave them a message to call you back!!
Also missing part from box.
Will see if they will replace. Vendor does not except returns.[closeout place]!Be wary!

Poor customer service and cheap products
as usual no contact from heath zenith.
i was looking for outside lights for my house online. i noticed lights from heath zenith were a few dollars more expensive but came with the halogen bulbs.
i ordered 6. thinking i was saving $ with bulbs included. WRONG. the bulbs burned out within 2 hours.
i called customer no-service and complained. their response was 'we do not warranty the bulbs'. i said the bulbs were part of the product packaging. they said no.
so do not buy heath zenith lights.
period. buy someone else's cheaper lights and buy your bulbs separate.
