I purchased a Heather Ford Bracelet in February, and finally received it damaged, reached out immediately ,and was told a replacement and pick up for the damage would be sent out immediately, fast forward 3 weeks after emailing and calling the company for non performance, had to file with PayPal, I was sent pre-paid label, and told after I sent the bracelet back , because you have done this we will not send a replacement to you, this company should not be allowed to deceive consumers, through the View, it is a bad reflection.
