I purchased a heater about four months ago . I ordered a 110 volt but they sent a 220 volt which will not work on any outlets in Canada .
I tried to contact them immediately to exchange but they never responded for a month at which time they said the warranty had expired . I had requested an exchange the day after I received the heater with no response . I have sent numerous e-mails with no replies .
Please help . Thanks
