Within 10 minutes of me contacting pissedconsumer.com, l received a telephone call from Heatables customer service, she told me a fitter would definitely be out to fix the leak and sort out the problem l had with the pipework within a couple of day's. He turned up on...

2 weeks ago l had an appointment for a fitter to come out and rectify a leaking condensing pipe and also the outside pipe that hasnt been fitted to the correct standard according to a Worcester fitter l called out. Alas after removing everything from inside the cupboard where the boiler is situated, taking time off work, making three phone calls to you to find out if he was coming to me or not, around 4 pm l finally got told no he will not be coming.

I apologise, for l losing my temper with the young lady on the phone, but l was angry, and l know it wasnt her fault. I was told the fitter had been left a message to call me but he never did.

I was given another date February 2nd.tomorrow. And l ask them to let me know in advance if he was coming, but again Ive heard nothing, Please can you confirm,if hes coming or not.

Hi I am looking for a reasonable priced boiler installation package. I have an issue with flue where it was fixed. I was in contact with one company they charge for fixing the flue according to the boiler replacement separately. The flue is mounted on the wall outside of the bathroom. Bathroom is in upstairs in a semidetached house. If I order from you how much you charge for this service. I can provide photos if needed.
