Hearthware, (NUWAVE PIC) lied to me

I ordered on TV, the buy one get one free, and unfortunately I am among those that didn't get the cookware that was promised. I paid $149.80 in shipping for one cooktop! When I called customer service, the gal told me I would have to pay $50.00 if I wanted the cookware. She gave me all info for sending it back, didnt care at all if she was providing good service or not. What a mistake!!!! I ill do all I can to deter others from ordering from this company. It is too bad, seems like a good product.

NuWave PIC Fraud

I ordered a PIC cooktop with buy one get one free and receive 2 sets of cookware. After 25 min. on the phone, I finalized the order by asking "exactly" what I was getting and how much would be billed to my credit card. I agreed to the 2 cooktops and 2 sets of cookware. My cooktops arrived, but no cookware. When I contacted the company, the informed me that I DID NOT, order the cookware and it would cost me and additional $70. If I send the cooktops back, they will keep the already charged $70 S&P plus I would have to pay the return postage. I would be out $100. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you want more info, just Google "NuWave" and "Fraud" and see what shows up. So many others in the same position as me.

Hearthware Induction Cooktop shipping scam

I ordered Nuwave induction cooktop and extra accessories from their buy one receive 2 TV commercial on May 12, 2012. One cooktop was sent as well as the accessories I ordered, but the 2nd cook top was put on backorder. After over a month of waiting, I tried many unsuccessful times to reach customer service, and finally reached someone using a number not listed on information I received with my order. Was told that my second cooktop was out of stock, but they had no idea of when they would receive additional units, or had no idea when I would receive my cooktop. What's more, they were not at all helpful, and did not seem to care about my concern. I STRONGLY commend that under no circumstance sould anyone do ANY kind of business with Hearthware of Nuwave. By the way, the Sharper Image oven is far superior to the Nuwave. Their toll free number is (888)287-**** Their fax number is (847)775-****. Expect long, long wait for customer service, and an uncaring customer service representative when you finally get someone on the phone. Also, be aware that they add very high shipping and handling charges which, in my case, was over 133% of the actaul price of the cooktop. Watch out for this business. You will probably very likely be dissappointed at the least, and thoroughly POd on the way you're treated.

watching their scam commercial now. i notice that they give the 'orgreenic' pans?

i got one as a gift last dec. i ordered the bigger one and got a 'free' 7" pan..the pans stick all the time, unless u season them..i still like them, but the lid to mine was on back order for 2 months, and s/h was a nightmare. i got 3 pans for $80?

the address on my pans is the same as nuwave. i'm glad i read the reviews!

I finly got the second cooktop, but have never received the cooking pot's & pans! was given a UPS shipping # witch doesn't work at all ether & going on the 3rd month after order!

it's a good thing that thy are located in crooked Ll.

& i'm in Arizona for them. :(

Before ordering anything from a TV ad, you should make sure the company is easy to contact by phone. Ask the order taker for the actual phone number of the company, and call them to make sure they are there and answer the phone and don't just put you on hold forever.

Get their business address also (not just a P.O. box number). Sometimes the "contact us" link on their web page will have this information.

If you have serious problems with your order after contacting the company, complain to the Federal Trade Commission, your credit card bank, and the Attorney General of your state and the state that the company does business in. Do the same if you just can't get in contact with the company.

Guest

My order # is 81720. I cancelled my order before it was shipped, but they shipped anyway.

I refused the merchandise when delivered at the request of Mark who called me. I expect all monies to be credited to my account within 3 business days.

Please advise me once you have credited my account in full, including s&p. I didn't know what that meant until someone from your company told me.

Issuing the same complaint on the PIC BOGO offer. Paid $263.14 for the PIC, 2grills, 2carry cases. As of 8/10/12 have had no further sommunication indicating when I might expect the remainder of the BOGO to be filled.Am suspecting a scam/fraud and will forward my complaint to the FTC and BBB.nustarter1@***.com

Hearthware Becky is Lying! What makes matters worse is that you CANNOT get in touch with this company by phone or e-mail, and their bills are not detailed making you wonder what "exactly" you are paying for!

I ordered the BOGO with no extras, save for an upgrade to an 11.5" pan that was supposed to be an extra $10. Somehow, my bill ended up being almost $250, and they are saying the only additional cost is $29.95 for each unit's shipping and processing, nothing more? So tell me, Becky, how does an order than consists of 2 cooktops, the "Free Gift Set" the Ultimate cookware set (back ordered, with no ship date) a 9" frying pan that is supposed to have a cover, but doesn't and and upgraded 11.5" frying pan, that is also backordered, which was supposed to be $10, end up being 3 payments of $83.28? Furthermore, how can you charge for something you don't even have to ship?

Sounds to me like the company is ripping people off, and the consumer's best recourse is to call their credit card company and contest the charges until the company does right by us! No one minds paying for good merchandise that they order, but no one wants *** service and being lied to!

Guest

Same issues others have noted on this site... another payment charged to my credit card with no responses to inquiries.

The 2 for 1 offer should be pulled as false advertising, and their BBB A+ rating knocked down several notches!

Guest

Send my second unit if you are not crooks

Guest

I too have been waiting for a month for my 2nd NuWave PIC. I called customer service when I noticed that I was only being charged for 1 unit.

I was told that my credit card would be charged $39.95 when the 2nd cooktop shipped. I have tried to follow up by phone calls (Never speak to an actual person. Hold music every time I call or the automated reply that my order has shipped with no mention of a backorder). No replies to email.

I guess you only get 1 cooktop unless you agree to purchase all the extra cookware, carry bag and other goodies they offer.

From what I have been reading ordering all the extras still don't get you 2 cooktops. Strange thing is my bill shows 2 3yr warranties for only getting 1 cooktop.

Guest

They show on TV that you get the free gift and another cooktop. By the time you are done, the shipping is ocer $128.00.

PLUS, they show that the cooktop goes into a zip bag, that does not come with, it costs an additional amount of money, so now you are also adding another $25.00 or more for a zipped case to keep them in. That's TV for you.

Misleading ad. Buyer Beware ;)

Hearthware Home Products/ Nuwave products

False advertisement , television advertised special deal was not the same when calling and ordering. It would have cost $260 VS. 99.99 with the shipping and free pans and more shipping and handling. Order 1 - shipping 29.95 order 2 - 39.95 and 69.95 for each set of "free included pans". I will be filing complaint with BBB and State Attorney Generals Office. Salem, Oregon Company is a rip off With the number of filed complaints why have the states not cited them for misleading representation of the sale and the products. This seems so unethical and manipulative. The company needs legal sanction to cease and desist.

I just got off the phone with the Nuwave PIC people. I was ...WOW..

you got to be kidding. To order the product as described in the infomercial it would have cost me $210.00 for shipping and handling on two PIC plus the bonus package of cookware. I agree with my friend in Oregon. In the morning I will be calling the GA State Attorney General's Office as well as contacting the BBB.

I will lobby with our Attorney General to put an end to ALL business with Hearthware in the state of GA. The shipping and handling charges are of excess and we all know that though they advertise FREE.. we are really paying for them in a hidden.. .rip off manor.

NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

I implore people... don't do business with these thieves...

My name is Jeremy and I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, producers of the NuWave PIC. I just want to clarify that the free gifts offered with the PIC for just the cost of shipping and processing are certainly not mandatory.

The customer can always decline. The basic offer is one PIC for $99.99 plus shipping, while the second is yours for just S&P. Induction cooktops and ranges can cost many thousands of dollars however we offer a state of the art product at a price most families and individuals can afford. Likewise the optional free gifts and accessories are a cut above in quality.

The cookware set alone is a $300 value (compare with items of similar quality at Bed, Bath and Beyond) for example.

We offer these items for just the cost of shipping to give customers an opportunity to have a professional chef-quality kitchen on a middle class budget.

If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to send me an email at facebook@hearthware.com. Please include your complete order information along with any questions or concerns you may have.

They Lie about what you are ordering

I ordered the infomercial Nuwave cook top, and got the double, when I asked what the shipping and handling would be for everything including the cookware extras with both cook tops I was assured everything was $69.90. And I asked, "this shipping and handling is for everything including the extra cookware and free gifts?", I was told yes. I got the cook tops but no cook ware, I called they said that I would have to pay another $70 for the rest of the infomercial products, I told them how I was assured they were included and they said they would listen to the call and get back to me. I called back, (mind you they said they would get back in two days) and they still have not listened and are asking me to wait again. I have sent the following to every company email addy I could locate:

Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC.

Iรขโ‚ฌโ„ขm terribly sorry to hear about the miscommunication that occurred during your ordering process.

Just to clarify, our current offer is a BOGO deal on the PIC for 3 payments of $33.33 with S&P of $29.95 for the first PIC and $39.95 for the second PIC. If you choose to accept the bonus cookware package, that has S&P of $69.95.

Now, if you send an email with your order information to facebook@hearthware.com, I can have our customer service managers compare your records with our own and correct any inconsistencies.

Awhile ago I watched the info-mercial and I have other new wave cookware, so I fell victum to the great line of B S. I wanted the 2 complete sets, I really didn't care about the shipping costs.

I can understand the back order problems. What I don't accept is getting partial shipments on what I ordered and have yet to recieve. I got 2 base units and 1 basic set of the fondu pieces and steamer. I also wanted 2 sets of the cookware "that is very heavy and cost more to ship".

This makes for a dumb idea as Christmas gifts for the kids when it is now December and NOTHING The stuff they talk on television is not what you get.

They show the "BBB" symbol in their advertising, is the "BBB" aware of these critical short falls called Customer denials in the real business world. I like the products and the idea of saving money, just wish I could have what I want.

Guest

I saw the infomercial and decided to order. Before I gave them my credit card, I asked exactly what I was getting.

First he said it was $26+ for the set and i wanted to clear up that the set included the pots and free gifts, then suddenly it was $33+ shipping. When I said that I'd get the second set free. He then told me that it would be another $33+ for a second stovetop PI and that the pans and free gifts weren't included unless i paid another $66+ shipping. I promptly told them to forget it because what they're doing is a Bait and Swich which is illegal.

I also said that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau .

He said that the call was recorded and that my words will be heard. I said good because I ship for my company all the time and it doesn't cost that much to ship!

Second attempt? I love my NuWave oven in fact I purchased two.

One was received without advertised extras. Currently I ordered and received the new Induction cooktop. My secondary interest was the advertised stainless steel steamer and the Fondue set.

I assumed they were being shipped separately. To date, not received.

Your products are remarkable but the reliability of advertised extras and Cuesomer service respnse is questrionable.

Guest

:? :cry I love my My NuWave oven, in fact I bought two and have been responsible for others purchasing the ovens.

However with one purchase I never received the promised extras. Currently I ordered and received the new induction cooktop. but none of promised extras.

I am particularly interested in receiving the steamer and fondue set. I can't imagine that a company with such great products would be so iresponseble regarding related advertised bonus items.

Guest

2 weeks after ordering 2 cooktops plus accessories I'm still waiting and can't get thru to customer service. I'll turn them over to the consumer protection agency as well as the FCC.

Guest

After reading reviews on this site and others, I will not be buying from this company...ever.

Guest

I order the 2 for 99.00 also plus pans, grills, etc and my credit card was chaged $376.77 on June 6th and the pic is still on backorder. Their phones are disconnected and they do not answer emails.

Guest

I have to same problem with Hearthware products. I ordered the BOGO and only received one with a pan that was missing the glass top.

You can't get thru to this company! They had no trouble charging my account for the payment for all the extra shipping, even tho' half of my order is back ordered. The pan they did send looked like it was a returned item, that no one checked before sending it out again, because it was packed in a manner that never would have come from a factory that way. If I don't get in touch with this company soon, I'm going to call my credit card company and refuse to pay based on FRAUD!

The company keeps advertising, even thou' their website says everything is out of stock. What kind of business is this anyway?

Guest

I too have received the same notice, but have been yet to be told that my second cooktop requires additional shipping fees. I will return the merchandise.

Guest

I was also told that my free cooktop would be coming soon but it was on backorder. When I called I was told that I had to pay an additional 39.99 to receive it.

This is not the deal I agreed to originally.

Why would I get a notice that said sorry we will send it as soon as we receive it if I had not already paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

NuWave Oven

I ordered the Nuwave Oven & Extender ring on the 1st. I received an email telling me that my order was processed & the items would be shipped promptly. I checked my bank acct. & the purchase was recorded. I had to check my bank for something else today(4th) & the entire purchase is gone. I called customer service & was told she couldn't find the order & it would 'probably' show up later today or tomorrow. For all the cost of shipping, I should actually be getting it later today or tomorrow but, after reading the reviews on this unreliable company, I hope they 'lost' the order for good. The customer service was polite but, completely lacking in knowledge of company procedure & could not answer any of my questions.

Hearthware Induction Cookware

We ordered the Induction Cookware in May after watching TV AD. The TV promotion was buy one cooktop, get one free and included Cookware, Recipe book, DVD, etc. We did receive ONE cooktop with a letter stating the would be a "slight" delay in the rest of the order. It is now 2 1/2 months later. We have tried for weeks to contact the company, using the phone number they provided and cannot get a response (even after leaving messages). The ads are still running on the TV and this is HUGE FALSE advertising and rip off. They send part of the order and hope the consumer will forget the rest of the promotion. DO NOT ORDER

My 85 year old father called and ordered the cooktop. They offered him the "FREE" upgrade.

For the free upgrade, they ship it immediately and you can not cancel. The shipping is $150.00.-more than the product. I emailed immediately. I called.

You can place orders 7 days a week but customer service is only open 5 days a week.

When I asked the representative if she would pay that much to ship anything overnight, she wouldn't answer me. I agree this company is in the business of "stealing".

Guest

This company is suspect. They will not answer the phone at neither of the customer service phone numbers and I've been trying for several days.

Customer Service???? On July 21, 2012 I bought the buy 1 get 1 free NuWave PIC. Get one free? Ha,Right.

$39.95 shipping for the free item and it arrived in the same box. 2 lids and 2 free $20.00 shipping and in the same box. $29.95 shipping for the 1st NuWave Pic. 2 carrying cases shipping $5.90.

All items in the same box.

Total shipping $95.80 What a ripoff. Do not buy unless you want unwanted aggravation.....To return, if you can get them, subject to forfiture of shipping fees and a restocking charge.

Nuwave posting unauthorized charges to my credit card, I received nothing just the charge.

Just try to contact Heartware at their website. Good luck with that, after entering the http address and hitting return the error window pops up and says that windows can't find the address wwwcustomerservice@***.com . and for me to check the spelling. GET READY FOR THIS I copied the address on a right clik from their official Google site. In addition, I've called them several times without any answer other than a message reply telling me: either they're extremely busy and to call back later, or that they are closed and it then telling me they're ours that they are open, but don't answer. This is all because they charged my account on 11/26/12 for items that we unauthorized on 11/4/12, and specifically needed me to call them back for authorization. I didn't call them back and they acted unilaterally, in a fraudulant manner. They charged my credit card, and sent me nothing. I'm lucky I caught it prior to payment and threw them into the dispute hat.

NuWave Induction cooktop

After seeing the infomercial for the NuWave Induction Cooktop and their offer for buy 1 get 1, I decided to order it. To my surprise the S & P came to $139. They charged $69 for S &P for the "free" cookware included in the order and to top it off, wanted another $69 for the 2nd set of cookware for the "free" cooktop. I could see if they went to different addresses, but everthing was shipped to 1 address. I contacted their cust service to noavail. I told them I would never order from them again and would spread the word of their scam on shipping & processing. The total bill would have been well over $200. I can get the frying pans, mind you the same pans, for $20 for both with no S &P and the cookware for way cheaper. I will not order from them again!!! A couple of years ago I ordered the Nija processor ( buy 1 get 1) and didn't pay $69 for S & P and I couldn't be more pleased with that product!!!!

Mention should be made of the total price -- no surprises. Also I ordered the full order and only received two cooktops and had to call for the assessories.

Person goofed at Heartware and let me down this time.

I have the Nuwave oven. I am waiting for the the assessories.

Guest

I ordered the cook top on 9/10. When I checked my credit card account, I saw that I was charged twice for the order.

I must have ordered a second set. So, I decided to accept the second shipment for Christmas presents. The follow up with Fedex showed that it was shipped to another town in my state and the recepient refused the shipment as not ordered. Where is my shipment.

I also feel that the shipping charges are too costly and that other means of shipping would be less that what is charged. According to the Fedex tracking sheet, the product was returned to the shipping location in Connecticut three days ago. What is up with this shipment. If I am not to receive this, I want the charge to be removed from my credit card.

:? :eek :sigh

@Shirley you will have to email them, I tried and you cannot get them on the phone.

@comment from Texas you are right about the outragous shipping. You can go to Costco and get the top of the line cookware for less than the shipping & handling. They sell the same frying pans for about $29 for both without the shipping. Once burned like this, I will never order from them again.

I ordered from Ninja and will continue to order from them. Their shipping & handling is fair and depending on which items you order it's free.

I need a phone number to get to Hearthware. I have been calling for 5 days to get a problem taken care of. They will not return my call.

$69 S/P for both sets still wouldn't have been fair. You can have the entire thing (both cooktops, both cookware sets) shipped for about $30 if you go to a post office.

They're charging about 7X as much as it actually costs, and you can buy that entire Cookware set in stores for less than they charge for "shipping". It's nonsense.

Guest

This is nothing but a SCAM!

Guest

@Hearthware Becky I am not complaining about the product, just the outragous S&P charges for the items going to the same address. The shipping for the 32 lbs is less that what is charged for $39 and the $69 for each set of cookware.

$69 for S&P for both sets of cookware would have been fair since they were going to the same address.

My name is Becky and I am the Social Media Marketing Manager for Hearthware, producers of the NuWave PIC. We are sorry to learn that you've been disappointed with your experience.

The PIC is a wonderful appliance that allows for fast, safe, energy-efficient and delicious induction cooking wherever you travel. You are correct on the S&P charges of the Complete Cooking Package, however this over $200 value is offered to our customers as a courtesy so that they can be immediately successful with their cooktops. As you know, these items are not mandatory and the cooktops may be purchased at a great price without anything additional.

This is made clear during the order process. There is no scam at play.

Charged me for an unapproved order.

I went through the order process to order the Nuwave cooktop and took it down to the last page where I had to approve it and place the order when I noticed that they were going to charge me $149.00 for shipping. No way does this cost that much to ship so I logged out of the site from that page. I did not approve the order but they took that information and charged my credit card for $249 with $149 of that being shipping. They emailed me two days later with the invoice copy and that is when I realized that they ordered the product without my permission. I tried to call them and get my money refunded back to the credit card but she said that the product had already been shipped and couldn't refund my order. The order came yesterday and it was all in one box. The post office said that it should have only cost about 30 to ship it. These people are crooks and need to be stopped.

True story about a rotten fraudulent Co.

After Hearthware Co.s T.V. advertisement about PICs 2 months ago, I called them and was told it would be $229.84 for 2 PICs and 1 cookware. Before the sales person gave me the price he tried to collect my name, address, telephone number. I gave those info. And I thought they were too pricey and I did't order. About a week afterwards, they called me saying they were from rewards department of the company and if I buy the above PICs, they would give me $110 rebate coupon which could be presented at Walmart, Home Depot, etc. So I ordered and received the product without rebate coupon. The product was much below my expectation and those were not what I wanted. I've tried to return PICs and was told they can't refund all that they would only send me $99.99 if I return PICs. found out I had to pay the shipping back cost was $55.00 I am stuck this useless PICs. I emailed about Coupon and got a reply there's no coupon. CW

Follow-up

After the person from Hearthware co. posted on 09/13/2012, I sent her the following day the

following email.

"What I described about the experience about your company's PIC on the

Pissedconsumer.com yesterday is entirely true.

You made a comment 1) You want to know why I don't like PIC

2) You can follow-up with the vendor.

When I purchased the PICs on 08/20/12 after your company's reward

department with a promise of Rebate coupon of $110, it was your company

selling me the PICs, not the third party vendor your Co.is talking about.

Not sending me a promised coupon with PICs is definitely a FRAUD.

Another point I want to make is if, for any reason, a consumer decide to

return the product back to your company with consumer's S&H expense,

your company should refund $174.84 ($229.84- $55 S&H) instead of

$99.99 I was told. By doing this a consumer incurs $110.00 loss for

believing false advertisement and promise.

You can check your company's sales confirmation, WHANG92603"

Since then I have not heard anything from Becky

and never received any coupon from that company.

These people do nothing but lie! I have tried to reach customer service and they have yet to do anything but put me off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

My name is Becky and I am the Social Media Marketing Manager at Hearthware, producer of the NuWave PIC. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your product and would be curious to know what you do not like?

The PIC is a portable, fast, efficient, safe and healthy way to cook meals. Perhaps we can offer you some support as you use your product?

As for your sales experience, that outbound call was made by a third party vendor.

I apologize that you did not receive your rebate coupon. If you would like to send an email to facebook@***.com, we can follow up with the vendor on your behalf.

Nuwave cooktop RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company ripped me off!! they said the product cost $99.00 and would include a second cooktop free, they go on to say they will also at NO COST include TWO sets of pots and pans free however, when you call in they ask you pay the S/P , This is $39.99. When your package shows up there is a small box with two induction cooktops inside, NO pots or pans this package doesn't weigh much ( you'd think for $39.99 they could have put pots and pans and a couple bricks in there) I contacted them( Email only) they said, it would cost another $39.99 for pots and pans. Cooktop doesn't work without special pots and pans. Now i'm stuck unless i spend another $39.99 to send back?????? What a SCAM.....

I just had the very same experience...When I tell them someone should have explained the requirement for magnetic pans I do not get we are sorry is there something we do to make things right? NO!

Here is my email (I only heard back after sending my initial email 10 consective times)to Hearthware:

to picsupport

I need a Return Authorization...ASAP!

I feel DUPED!!! Caveat Emptor!

Very dissappointed to learn that I have to use "MAGNETIC" bottom pans on the PIC!

I have a relatively new set of pots and pans...they are not magnetic and I can not afford to buy new pans!

If you keep this information...I also need the telephone numbers for the other services I agreed to try on a trial basis...One was Savings to Go...I can not recall the other...

Their reply:

Gwendolyn, Duped? Aww Iรขโ‚ฌโ„ขm really sorry to hear that youรขโ‚ฌโ„ขre going to return them but hey, I understand that you donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt want to spend money on something you already have. Tthe return number is RMA#3950. Please write this number on the outside of the box, on your invoice and return back to the address on the invoice

Me: Ernesto, you probably could care less, but on the outside chance you do... please share the following with the "decision makers" there:

YES! DUPED [tr.v. duped, dupร‚ยทing, dupes

To deceive (an unwary person)]

It would have been nice to know prior to purchase that the PIC cooktop REQUIRES magnetic bottom pans... I now will have paid over $150 on shipping, which in these DIFFICULT economic times and trying to keep up with tuition payments for a daughter in college, I can not afford this additional expense...and could have avoided incurring it had the rep told me...oh by the way the PIC only works with...

So, yes DUPED indeed!

I was purchasing the PIC to save $$$ and planned to purchase the NuWave Oven as well, but I do not have the $$$ to spend now... Very disappointing!!!

Gwen I admire your sense of humor, ill let them know that they should make things a little more clear o people. Thank you for the input. ErnestoCustomer Service Representative

Me: Thanks again...But let me be clear...I find nothing humorous in a vendor not providing full disclosure and my wasting valuable time and my hard earned $$$ as a result.Have a nice day!

Dennis, Did they ever respond? What is the updated status?

Hearthware J

Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC. I apologize for any confusion that may have occurred during the order process. However, we do state in our commercial and on our website that every free gift does have a separate S&P charge.

I would also like to correct a misunderstanding. While we certainly believe that our PerfectGreen Fry Pans are the best complement to the PIC, you are certainly welcome to use any cookware you like, provided that it is induction-ready. More and more cookware sets are made to be induction-ready. This includes most stainless steel and cast iron cookware. You can test your cookware to see if it is compatible by using a magnet. If the magnet sticks to the bottom of the pan, then it will work with the PIC. You can also look for the induction-ready symbol on the bottom of the pan.

If you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to send an email to picsupport@hearthware.com.

Nuwave oven

I have been trying for weeks to reach the customer service department, when I did get a call back from Julie Spec 6737, she straight out lied and kept lying! She would not give me her supervisors name or let us speck to him, she kept reciting the same thing over and over! This is all about their underhanded practices stemming from the infomercial offering the cooktop with the free cookware. Its not free and when you try to complain or sort out why you didn't get your cookware the go into a spill. I will never purchase another thing from this company! I would like to know more on this class action suit!
