They stole my money and never showed up to do the work and they didn't refund my money.

Heart and Haven - They stole my money and never showed up to do the work and they didn't refund my money.
They stole my money and never provided the service! I was told by the owner Lorissa, I needed to make a 50% deposit in order for them to order the materials and to get on their schedule. I paid $830 then she confirmed I was scheduled three weeks later to install a decorative wood design on my ceiling inside my house and to stain and install slats on top of my pergola out back. We talked right up until the day they were supposed to come to my house and when that day came, they didn't show up. I've called several times, left message and emails asking what happened and never heard back from her. I've requested a refund and never received it. When I posted comments on their Facebook page, she pulled the page down so I know they are still in business. This company is a scam and they stole my money. I don't want this to happen to anyone else which is why I'm posting this review.
