Dispute between WBAL TV and Directv Channel 11 Baltimore, MD
- - Directv may drop WBAL Channel 11 after 3 p.m. today, with extension to tomorrow; This Is Us returns Jan 14, 2020, and quick resolution is sought.
I live in Baltimore, MD and while watching tv last night, it appeared on a scroll that Directv will no longer be broadcasting Channel 11 after 3 p.m. today.
I contacted WBAL tv channel 11 and was told that the agreement has been extended until tomorrow I was not given a time. This is my first time seeing this announcement how long it has been running I do not know. I am a huge fan of the show "This is Us" which airs on local station WBAL tv Channel 11 in Baltimore, MD. The show is scheduled to come back from break on January 14, 2020.
I need this dispute handled before that date. I pay a monthly fee for Directv and I want to watch what I want on my local channels. I should not have to miss my favorite show because an agreement cannot be met.
It is imperative that dispute be resolved between these two companies immediately, why should I be inconvenienced. Thank your time, I look forward to your to your immediate and appropriate response to this matter.
Don't get hooked on ABC

I am unhappy with Hearst television and Direct tv at this time. The biggest Jeopardy games of the century coming up and you two can't agree on terms. Do the negotiations ahead of time instead of punishing those of us who get our local channels from Direct tv instead of a separate antenna.
