I am very pleased with the service I have received from Hearing Help express. I find that your batteries last just as long as those I was buying locally. Am also pleased with the delivery time.

Uses too many batteries , won't stay set where I put it.

Ordered and received Apollo 6210 in July 2019, battery only lasts about four or five days. Also have trouble keeping it set where I want it.

I have had my new hearing aid about a month now and I really like it, it seems to fit the bill for me so far. It has definitely improved my life as far as hearing goes I find myself not saying HA HA HA what did you say.

Let's just help it hold up to the test of time. In about 6 or 7 seven months I will get back and let you know. If this one works out I will be ordering another one.

I think one in my left ear will be just fine but I have told myself if this one holds up I will order another one just to have for my right ear. Thank you

told hearing help I was not happy with hearing aid and was given an authorization number for return On August 7 I was told it would take several weeks to process the return. Customer Service told me refund of $379.00 was mailed on Sep.

5. Still have not received it. Why?

If refund was mailed on September 7 as your Customer Service said Why has it no been received as of yet Kate Richards your Customer Service keeps telling me that it should be coming soon. please advise Kate Richards of your so Customer Service that mail time from DeKalb Illinois should not take more than 2 days.

BOUGHT 2 BEHIND THE EAR OPEN FIT AIDS THEY WORKED BEAUTIFULLY

UNTILL ABOUT 9 MONTHS LATER LEFT ONE DEVELOPED A WHISTLE IN IT WITH A LOW HUM IN THE BACKGROUND,LIKE A LIGHT BALAST GOING OUT

SENT BACK AND WAS REPAIRED IN MAY OF 2015 UNDER WARRANTY

SENT BACK AGAIN IN AUGUST FOR SAME PROBLEM GOT IT BACK AND SEEMED TO WORK FINE UNTIL OCT OF 2015 SENT BACK AGAIN FOR SAME PROBLEM

NOW THEY TELL ME NOT UNDER WARRANTY. I SAID EVEN THOUGH IT IS SAME PROBLEM THAT WAS OCCURING IN MAY. THEY TOLD ME NO WARRANTY WAS OUT AND COULD BE FIXED TO THE SUM OF 395.00 TO 500.00

IT SEEMS TO ME THEY WOULD FIX IT OR OFFER ME A REPLACMENT AT ADDITIONAL $$$$$ BUT NO JUST " ITS NOT UNDER WARRANTY"

I HAVE USED HEARING HELP B-4 BUT I WILL NOT BE USING THEM IN THE

FUTURE

Still waiting for promised refund

I sent this unit back with the explanation that the volume wheel had irritated my ear to the point where I saw blood from my ear when removing the unit. I also stated that the plastic pull tab had irritated the bottom of my ear lobe making it uncomfortable to wear.

The next issue I had was that the first battery worked fine, but any subsequent batteries placed in the unit did not work well at all.

My final issue was that the hearing hole did not have a place above it where the alleged wax and material that got into the hearing hole could be removed . After a short time, even the cleaner they said to reach into this hole would not be able to remove all the wax and other material that had found its way in there, thereby rendering the hearing unit useless.

Givin the opportunity he will correct your situation.

I manufacture hearing aids and sometimes they fail for various reasons. Most of the time its a simple fix or replacement.

Hearing Help Express declared bankruptcy in July 14, 2014

If you google "Hearing Help Express bankrupt" you'll see they declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2014. I've been waiting for Rayovac batteries from them for months. Figured something bad was up. At the company website they show delivery delays for different battery brands. Rayovac says 10-15 WEEKS! Eco Gold is 8-12 weeks. Xcell is 8-10 weeks. Renata is 4-6 weeks. How is it possible to have wait times for ALL battery brands? Mismanagement must be the answer because they declared bankruptcy.

A shame. Always liked their customer service, but now when I call they seem "dodgy" and can't give definite answers. It seems like Simply Batteries and Eco Gold Batteries are owned by the same people. Those websites show identical delivery delays. No batteries in stock at hearing aid battery companies? Buyer Beware!!!!

I've purchased hearing aides, ear molds, and batteries for my dad for several years. I've had exceptional service in every situation.

I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I need another hearing aide and will call them right after completing this posting. In my book, they're a five star organization!

I am SO GLAD that these evaluation sights are popping up. I'm Jim Hovis, CEO of the company, and it is MY FAULT that we fell behind on filling orders for a number of months.

For the last three months we have caught up and are pulling ahead ... today we have plenty of inventory on every brand we carry except for ONE size of ONE brand which I expect to arrive this week (the slowest selling battery of Rayovac Brand, size 675...but I'm pleased to say we have the same sized battery manufactured by Rayovac in different packaging: as Eco-Green Batteries, and as XCell packaged for Hearing Help Express).

Yes, we are in Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Again my foul-up. I invested millions of dollars in related companies that lost money to the point that we were forced to cut back on both advertising and inventory.

Like other good companies that had a Chapter 11 bump in the road, we will pull out of ours just fine, and in the meantime, no customer need worry about our service, products, or money-back guarantees.

Hearing Help is Disappointing.

We sent my Mother's hearing aid in for repair and were told she would have it back in 10 days. It is now 21 days later and still no hearing aid.

We were told last week that we would have it back by yesterday. This morning we called and were told that it is still being "serviced". Really?!!! We called two other times during this time and each time were told it would be here soon.

When we called customer service today, we were told that we could "purchase" another hearing aid even though her hearing aid is still under warranty. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he wouldn't give me the name of his boss or phone number. When I asked for his name, he hung up on me.

This isn't good customer service.

It sounds like we goofed ... it can't happen much because we have hundreds of thousands of hearing aid customers and an A+ ranking with the Better Business Bureau.

If this customer is willing to contact me I'd like to see how the misunderstanding occurred (were we slow to do a repair? Or was it a manufacturer who did not help us fast enough?).

Hearing Help Express what a rip off!!

Sent in my order ..the check was cashed immediatly. Then I get a letter stating it will be 2 to 6 weeks before I recieve it as they are waiting on a shipment from the manufactorer..6 weeks later I called I can expect ANOTHER EIGHT WEEK wait, still waiting on shipment from manufactorer!!

I DON'T THINK SO.

It is my firm belief that they collect all this money for their own use.

I would like to have hundreds of people send me $300 and supply NOTHING, thats quite abit of interest from other peoples money. This is just no way to run a business!

Thank you, "California Rock Climber", for chiming in with your support. We try hard to always have merchandise on hand, and you are right, we failed to have inventory on a number of items when we had cash flow problems that ended when we caught up in August 2014.

Actually, the company was having a cash flow problem at that time and most of their items were on backorder for 8-12 weeks. They resolved the problem a month or two later.

The owners are very decent people and bend over backward to make sure their customers are satisfied. They are very ethical.
