It is very hard trying to find this company. They don't list a number to call, only an email address.
The one I contacted that you sent me a number on said they didn't sell Hear Genie. I found the email address I had used earlier and sent another message which they didn't respond to.
Trying to get a refund for Hear Genie hearing aids. Sent them back and they received them on June 9 and an email from them on June 23 stated that I would have a refund shortly
. I never got a another reply after that.
