Walmart return policy

They advertise a full 60-day money-back guarantee when their return policy is only 30 days. They give you a number to call Hearing Assist direct allowing them to dodge the issue completely.

User's recommendation: Remember Wal-Mart will mislead you with their advertising. Do Not Trust them.

Walmart return policy

Update by user Nov 27, 2020

Still trying to resolve issues

Original review posted by user Nov 27, 2020
As everyone who has heard their ads probably knows they advertise try them for 60 full days and if you're not satisfied return them for a full refund. Good luck with that. You only have 30 days to return them. I tried to return them before the 60 days as a matter of fact I still had more than a week left, but they still refused to honor their own advertising They refused to give me credit for them. I was given a number to call Hearing Assist

User's recommendation: They are not as good as they want people to believe and forget that 60 day return policy . Try at your own risk.

HearingAssist hearing aids advertised by Walmart

My husband ordered the hearing aids while a patient in the hospital. They were shipped to him &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; are two aids in one chargeable holder. The aids or re-charge holder have NEVER worked all at the same time; one aid or the re-charge holder was defunct ALL the time. He sent them in many, many times & never received a complete workable set of aids or charger. He received the aids January 2 & as of now has had only two (2) days of the 3 items all working at the same time. We have written, called & begged for them to refund the money so we can go get aids that will help him. They said the 60 warranty ran out in March & nothing they have to do for him now!!!!!!!! He was diagnosed with SYNCOPE while in the hospital & should have asked me about them before ordering. I am his wife. My name is Alice M. Huddleson. We have contacted WALMART also & have not heard back from them at all. They are selling a product that is at the bottom in qualify. They just say send them in for repair!!!!!! This has been going on TOOOOO long. $700 is a lot of money on a fixed income & we need to get our money back to buy a better qualify hearing aid for him. Can yThe ouThe help my husband and I? or recommend The prowho we should contact. ThankThe product you.
