I'm trying to get my phone off of transmission to my hearing aid and back to transmission to my phone. Right now it is set on phone and I don't know where the menu is to switch it. If you can just tell me where the menu is I think I can handle it from there

I just could not get used to the hearing aids, the volume seemed to change intermittently and the sound seemed tinny and irritating .
The company advertised the great voice clarity on these aids but I did not experience that unfortunately !
I am a 75 year old farmer and have moderate hearing loss and really wanted these aids to work but they just did not work for me .

Too many calls and still no help. Very poor customer service.

Hearing aids not received.
After filling out a form I received a text saying the hearing aids were shipped on 2/23/2025 by UPS. I didnt receive them.

We should be able to reach the company they set up our payments with to determine our balance. Synchrony Bank could not find any account for us, even though it has been automatically deducted from our account for almost 2 years
I am unable to reach anyone concerning my auto debit for these hearing aides. I have called synchrony bank and they cannot find any account with you.
I am going to call my bank and cancel this auto debit. I have no account number or phone number and cannot reach anyone
Technical Support
For three weeks I have called seeking technical support and all I get is the same ole message CLICK ON THE LINK AND LEAVE A MESSAGE, ONE OF OUR PROFESSIONAL WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU.
I HARDLY CAN CALL IT PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THREE WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND STILL NO HELP. WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS BEFORE PURCHASING THE HEARING AIDES.

I gave up, looking for some hearing aids that work. The $4000. spent on these just amplify the sound, speech is garbled.
Constantly drops Bluetooth connection to my IPhone, when I purchased the pair at just over $4000. I was under the impression that at least I could get someone locally for support, not just a e-mail telling me how to reset the "pairing"..
Had these less than a year, saw they were advertising a "new" greater hearing aid, When I inquired about them I asked what my current pair would be worth as a upgrade.
I was informed they were worth $0.. With the actual support provided with Hear.com I think I'll just shop at a BestBuy store and watch online videos if I have any problems.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called them 4 times finally got to talk to secretary also left three messages with no response
Took money out of my account without my knowledge made a appointment then cancelled my appointment then realized that they took money for nothing

I am receiving emails for somebody named Helen. I am Patricia and I have already tried your hearing aids, and my canals were too small to wear them and I have another brand now.
I do not want any more emails sent to me for somebody named Helen. Theres nobody by that name here.
Preferred solution: I want you to stop sending emails to my address(docconnell185@gmail.com. I am not Helen, nor is there any Helen in this household.

I purchased my Hearing Aids March 2023. As of...
I purchased my Hearing Aids March 2023. As of this morning the left hearing aid is dead.
It won't take a charge. up to this point occasionally I would hear a strange sound in that hearing aid.
It would go away if I recharged it, so I was under the impression that it was just a charging problem. Now I'm getting nothing.

hear.com has absolutely no customer service. They provide several phone numbers to the same bot service that texts you instead of connecting you with a person that can actually address your issue.
Then they offer a bot chat that also does not connect you to a person to address your issue. I wish they had treated me this way before I bought my hearing aids as this is totally unacceptable.
They will not provide a receipt for a medical devise so I can file for reimbursement of a covered item on my insurance. This has cost me more than I saved.
