Parce que je n'ai pas reçu un Healy que j'ai commandé le 30 août 2022

I have acheté un Healy le 30 août 2022 et je ne l'ai pas reçu. Ma carte de crédit est passé dans mon compte $3364.92 pourtant Maïs je n'ai pas reçu l'appareil avec le bobine. Je veux discuter de vive voix avec quelqu'un qui parle français voiture je n'ai pas de réponse de la compagnie.
