Resolved: Healthy livings catalog gives a phone number and says you can order 24 hours 7 days a week. I've been trying to call all day Saturday and nobody answers the phone number. So it makes me question wheth
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Got through the customer service and was able to make an order placement
Again, I've been trying to reach them, and the phone number that they list to make orders or contact a representative is supposed to be available 24/7. It is not! So, it makes me feel that they're not a reputable company.

Why do you make it so hard to try and correct a mistake you made? I ordered foil range protectors 8 Pk.
for an electric range-2pks. I put it in my order twice! I have been trying to get someone to tell me how to correct this problem. I RECEIVED foils for a gas range---Order No.
94240****. To send it back will cause me to owe you 10 cents. AND I will still have no merchandise! My order was $62.25.
The phone number I was given is no longer in service. The next number they kept hanging up on me. This is the 10th time I am trying to get this to you. Are you such a BIG company that my order doesn't matter?
I have not in my 70 years, seen a company that BIG.
