Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They reached me by phone and said this is the busiest time of year for them.

They saw that the product is still under warranty.

They said they will send a working replacement. They state "busiest time of year" as explanation of why I couldn't reach them.

Internet says they have a flagship store in NYC. That phone number (212) leads to exact same outgoing voice mail.

Healthy line does not answer the phone or email or return voice mails. I have tried daily for over a week.

They have a machine voice stating the same meaningless message about no one being available and 'leave a message and someone will get back to you.' Of course, no one ever does. Don't shop from a company with no customer service.

Bad mat or bad controller? Can't get any help.

my controller has been replaced 3 times and still my expensive mat is not working. Surely the mat/controller can be repaired. It is less than 4 years old and only used in the winter months.
