Sending a product is very easy for the company. Just send what I ordered; you took my money. I received a confirmation, where is the product?

Have tried 6 times to order. Will not take my debit card.

My debit card is just fine. I have been buying coconut oil for over 25 years and have never had a problem until now. I have had to find some kind of coconut oil elsewhere. I guess my days of buying from (Tropical) Healthy Traditions is over.

Very sad. I really loved the extra virgin coconut oil that I bought by the gallon

They claim their honey is from the wild frontiers of Canada. I bought 40-50 jars over many years.

It has an unusual flavor and smell, texture is very smooth.

I have stored it at a variety of temps between 40 and 80 degrees. All honey crystallizes over time, depending on temperature, type of honey, pollen content; this honey NEVER does; it separates and produces about 1/8-1/4" "oilier" layer of I don't-know-what on top.

Absence of crystallization suggests adulteration.

Now I only buy raw honey that hasn't been heated direct from the beekeeper. If you do a search you will find there is a lot of fraud in the honey industry.

Another complaint is poor customer service, also a reason I stopped buying anything from Healthy Traditions, including their coconut products.

I received an order last week and cannot get this company to respond to e-mails. No CS phone number, what a joke.

There is a product that I can't get open and I am going to have to destroy the cap if I don't get some help. I will never order from them again!

I received ground turkey today which I would not order even if it were free and I ordered rib eye steak and paid for it.

One of my jars of coconut oil was broken when I opened the box. I have tried to contact healthy traditions with no results. There is no phone number only email.

Wonderful products. Horrible customer service.

Won’t accept charge card that I use constantly and it is good. No way to get in touch with a human to help. Sucks! Oh I know it is all about the money.

Customer service, well who cares about that anymore yeah I am a pissed consumer.

Needed to ask a question about the product before deciding to buy. I sent 2 emails a week apart.

No answer.

The phone number is not listed, but when I tryed to call the one that I found online I only got to here a recorded message without a possibility to leave a voice mail. How am I supposed to do any business with this company?

Tropical Traditions is a company with great products but their prices are also very high= sometimes many times what you would pay elsewhere, unless you wait for a sale and a free shipping coupon.

BUT- place an order with them and a popup survey offering $100 reward for help pops up.

You put in many pages of your personal, identifying data and are given a chance to BUY "discounted" magazine!

I was so angry at the trick! The popup made it sound like I would get something of value, not an offer to buy crap i do not need or want.

I wrote to TT before making public complaints, asking why they would have such time wasting, deceitful practices as this and here is the response I got, blaming Bizrate and passing the buck:

"The survey that pops up on our web site after an order is placed is not sponsored by us, and is independently operated. Depending on the survey, customers will be offered a chance to be entered into a drawing, special offers on magazines, etc. This survey is totally optional and a customer may choose not to participate.

Although the survey is not sponsored by us, it is a legitimate survey and Bizrate is a well-known company. As long as you did not enter your payment information, there should be no charge related to the magazine offer. If you did enter payment information for a subscription, you will need to contact Bizrate at 1-80*-429-**** to cancel the order as these subscriptions are not fulfilled by Tropical Traditions.

I apologize for this inconvenience and frustration. I trust this is helpful information.
