I have been on Healthy Systems USA from July 7 to September 18, 2024. I went from 340 pounds down to 259.
I did rebound 20 pounds over the winter, but I am back on the system. I will tell you it works if you don't cheat.
It is not a hard diet to follow, and I was not hungry. However, if you are not able to strictly follow the rules it will not be for you.
User's recommendation: It works fast, I lost two to three pounds a day early on.

This product works follow the instructions and food list an you will loss a lb a day no problem .The first three days are hard but stick with it an you will see the Results.

Complain and owner Fitch will verbally attack you. Rude, in denial, lies.

This product is complete garbage! Do NOT buy Healthy Systems USA!
It does NOT work and there are NO refunds! It left me feeling lethargic and hungry! What a waste of hundreds of dollars!! There is no medical evidence this product works.
That’s because it doesn’t! The owner responds sarcastically and takes zero responsibility. Healthy Systems USA is a SCAM! Please, take your money elsewhere and spend it wisely.
I feel upset as I bought it under the impression it would work as the website and reviews look amazing. They are all deceiving. No doctor or competent medical professional recommends this product. I wish I would have never bought the product.
Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Healthy Systems USA.

Better Business Bureau contacted them to show proof of claims and product but no response from Fitch the owner. That tells a lot.
They are not BBB accredited business. His commercials show those who have weight loss but many are from years ago and none are close ups and none are a pound a day and no follow ups that they maintained. It's easy to lose weight on the same foods they allow all on your own with no high costs for a spray that did not show ingredients some time ago. low carbs, small amount of protein and plant based foods, as simple as that.
The owner Fitch is rude, with no people skills and no customer service whatsoever. Try the Mediterranean diet, totally free and no false claims, and no starving yourselves..

A simple search on the internet WAYBACK MACHINE proves it is the same Bouari Clinic with a NEW name but using the same exact products, services, mandatory 600-800 calories a day starvation diet
