Horrible service
- - Form not working for over 3 months.
- - Agents kept giving the same steps with no help.

Have spent more than 3 months with their form not working. After complaining that agents would just keep telling me to do the same thing and not helping, I had a new agent who then also spent weeks telling me to check my details, provide the same benefit letters over and over and filling out the same form that doesn't work.
The impact the upset and frustration their treatment has caused me is indescribable.
And I've been put in to financial difficulties in part due to their complete lack of any help or care in regards to their own system errors and staff not being trained pass filling out the same form we do and asking for screenshots repeatedly. Also nowhere to further complain or report the abysmal service or incredibly poor treatment.

Several families of adults with special needs have come forward to protest against Healthy Start, an adult day program in El Monte, California with questionable practices.
Juan Fernando Flores, who worked illegally as a cook and driver for Healthy Start, has been charged with at least 5 counts of rape to individuals with developmental disabilities. He is currently detained and awaiting trial at the Pomona Court later this year.
Healthy Start's integrity is now questioned as it allegedly knew of the abuse and concealed the matter to avoid the revocation of its licence. The whistle-blower who filed the police report and contacted families was fired two months later for "company policy violations". Families and a growing portion of the local community are outraged that Healthy Start remains open.

I am very happy with Healthy Start and I am incuraging you to open your eyes and think positive for life and poeple surrounding you. This is the safest place all of the day cares my dother attend and I am very happy and safe with the Healthy Start staff and managment.
