Didn't send my order, and waiting patiently.

Sent $34.00 on July 6, and haven't received my one month supply of papaya plus pills. tried to get hold of them but don't know how. I think they let me lose 10 pounds last time, and they did well then. I have been waiting every day patiently for them. Hope to hear from you soon. Have been waiting for three months. Not sure how laws compare in Canada but here in the US you only have a limited amount of time to do a chargeback on your credit card. I would suggest you contact your cc co and see how long you have to take action to get your money back.

Papaya Pills to loose weight.....

Dear Sirs : A month ago , I sent a cheque for $ 34.00 to Healthy Solutions in Ottawa , and I'm still waiting for the delivery , even though they have cashed my cheque on July 16th....I've been trying to contact them since then , to no avail.I Can't believe that still are this type of *** around fooling well intentioned people trying to loose weight.Anything you can do to help me , will be greatly appreciated.I thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter.Regards, Oswaldo Castillo4 Elsinore Path, Unit 305Etobicoke, Ontario.M8V 4G7

I ordered acaiblast free 14 day trial and they charged my card 79.95 after 6 days and no product. I have heard that my refund is being processed and escalated.

It has been 10 days since I have canceled the order and requested a refund. They keep emailing me with their terms and conditions. Well I followed the terms and conditions, they didn't follow them. It says on the 15th day after the intial order my card would be charged for the full amount.

79.95 if I didnt call and cancel. I orderd on the 19th, they charged me on the 25th and I canceled it on the 28th. Now they still say that I am going to be shipped another bottle and that I will be charged 79.95 again for the 2nd bottle. I canceled my card so they couldn't charge it the 2nd time and filed a fraudulent charge claim with my bank and visa.

I have posted many websites as fraud websites that all link back to Healthy solutions in Ottawa Canada. They charge in Canada, ship from Utah, and want you to return items to China. But if you dont want the hassle of returning it they will give you a $20 discount off the bottle. Nice try.

As soon as I replied to them that they are a scam the website was deleted the very next day. I printed everything before they shut the website down, but now they have others. coloncleanse-elite.com, acaipowerblastoffer.com, dropweightfast.com,acaiburnz.com, acaiberrypurefreetrial.com, acaielite.com, free-trial-acai.com. All of these go back to Healthy Solutions in Ottawa Canada.

Where they take your money and dont give you anything for it. Then when you call them on it they won't help you whatsoever.
