Horrible company but great rep help me.

I got this *** ad on Facebook a hundred times and so I decided to try it. I am super cautious and I am always guarding my credit cards for suspicious activity. I paid for a free trial and I was sure to decline all *** offers. I would remember saying yes to having my charged and I would remember saying yes to such a hefty charge at that. I checked my credit card today only to see a whopping $89 and change pending on my card. I called and the rep Julius TXJRM0331 was very nice, but he first told me it was over 14 days for free trial and they want me to be happy so they will offer me product for $39, I said no. Then he put me on hold to talk to manager and came back with partial refund of $49 to which I said *** no. I said your company is disingenuous and I am reading the reviews now. I expect all my money back and I fully intend to cancel my credit card after our conversation since I am reading a cancellation is not really a cancellation. He immediately cancelled my order and gave a cancellation number for both orders TXJRM0331 and sent me a cancellation email. Nothing is free and considering I paid $4.95 and I have yet to try the product because I was being lazy, I am pissed. Now I have no desire to try it the face and eye cream. Stick to your guns and demand your money back. The nerves of them. I will bash them on every site and do my part to prevent anyone else from being scammed. I am about to call my credit card and bank since I used two different cards to complain about them.

i just spoke to customer service at 1-88*-***-****. They knew my name when I called, before I even gave it.

I guess there job is to handle all the people who got sucked into buying the product, and cancel us out of the automatic enrollment. I only ended up paying $38.10, for the free sample.

Horrible company. I only ordered the trial.

Called to cancel but was still charged $95. Since I had called in time to cancel, was told it was canceled imagine my shock when my card was charged. Disputed it with my bank.

Well since they had all my info and said that it was delivered (which I never received it) MY bank sided with them denying my claim. Omg I am so fricking hot about it.

Same thing happened to me, very annoyed. It came up as an email from Costco. Thought I'd try it, rubbish product and then they start an automatic payment from your account. Won't give me my money back. I hope something is done to these guys.

Free sample/expensive proposition

Got the free sample online, Like the product. Then they just kept sending product and charging my credit card. Had to tell them I would take them to court to get the account cancelled. Don't fall for this. Once they get a credit card for shipping on the free sample they just don't stop. $168.00/month for a very small quantity. Not worth it!!!!! You can get a number if you keep your original shipping info on the sample page. You will find that the people you talk to do not speak very good English and you will find them very rude. Don't give up and pass this on to others.

Giovanni & HealthySkin Sylk Free Sample Scam

After signing up for some free samples of sylk skin products online, I noticed a month later that the company had charged three transactions to my credit card at roughly 80 dollars each. Upon calling the company, I was informed I had signed up for a monthly supply - at 160 dollars a month - which I had not yet recieved. Somehow I think I'd remember if I had checked off a box agreeing to such a thing. The worst part? Trying the get my money back from rude pushy saleswomen. It took two phonecalls just to get the account cancelled. Tricky buggers. They actually told me to "just keep the products once you'll get them, you'll love it." I don't want your sales pitch, I want my money back!!

same happened to me. I couldn't believe how hard she tried to keep the products coming.Partial credit then $20.00 less a month each jar.

The stuff is *** Took me about 10 minutes on the phone interrupting her pitches over and over again.

Finally threatened with BBB. Finally cancelled
