I'm at Walmart and being declined. I have 62.00.
I never understood a spend down. I was given benefits for the month. 150 in food and 100. 00 in utilities.
I went to store on the 1st and spent some.
I received letter saying I had until Dec 15 and I was cut off to use these benefits. I sent the 5.00 and need to be able to use this months benefits.
