From their website I got the impression that the test strips along with lancing device and lanclets came with their glucose meter but instead I only received the meter. What good is the meter without the strips and lanclets?

I order from you all the time butterfly needles yesterday I received them. The box was crushed and open, and there were only 43 needles in the box when its supposed to be a box of 50 I have never had a complaint with your company, but these needles are not cheap so how to rectify this situation I paid for 50 and got 43 of
