Someone took unauthorized money out of my bank

i ordered mindful advantage

i wanted to cancel and get money back

they said yes and retuned my money .

That was all good but than i started getting different vitamind in the mail that i did not order . cant seem to get in touch with anyone i did not use them nor ordered them

now a few weeks later i get 5 transactions of 75 $ each thats a total of 450 out of my bank

i never never wanted these 5 vitamins and music and all the others .

please help me out here!! i now have things bouncing all over the place from paying utility bill phone bill rent ..,and more

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave me a full refund.

I canceled my subscription to Doctors Preferred Daily 5 product on the 2/9/25. They decided to ship it out regardless.

I have an email stating it was canceled. They put you through *** and now I am having to dispute it with my credit card company. This has been super stressful.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! It has been nothing but s huge headache on top of it costing $80!

Lack of personal help - automated and wastes my time

automated system doesnt Understand issue like a person. I called two different times.

Listened to that damned music way too long; waiting for someone to answerno one did. Hung up. Went thru Same steps again. I was looking for a credit for item returned.

Info needed No where on site obvious and accessible to me. When I finally got a person, she had access and resolved my issue. I received an email from PISSED CONSUMER which appears to allege I left comments with that language.

I did notI dont know where that came from but not CUTE!!! HIRE SOME HELP!!!

Cancel Cardio News, The MD Journal for living Young at age, subscripition

James Shockley wishes to cancel or remove his name from your mailing list. Mr Shockley is 83 yrs old with some dementia.

Also very hard of hearing. A telemarker called on his phone and he is now receiving many different magazines. He could not understand what they were saying. He doesn't read magazines.

The only identification on the publication is from Sinatra Nutrition in Montoursville, PA.

His customer ID is P1647-****. His address is 1747 Millen Rd, Chester, SC 29706

Please cancel any further subscrptions of publications.

I have tried unsubscribing from this company several times with no success. They have set up their site so that it is difficult to unsubscribe .
