Healthy Choice Baked Lasagna

I just want to make it known that the Healthy Choice BakedLasagna frozen dinner was packaged in a foil lined container. I had not idea and put it in my microwave and it started to catch fire and ruined my appliance(stainless steel over the stove).
It states cooking directions for micrcwave only. Why would you put it in a container that is not microwave friendly??? I'm really disappointed as I purchase all of Healthy Choice items and this is the FIRST that happened.
I would like some kind o explaination as I have to purchas a new microwave and am not happy! I would be happy to send the whole container to the company if needed.

Healthy Choice Essentials - contaminated capsules
- - -Omega Naturals Fish Oil from healthtechlabs.us; floating matter and a black hair found in capsules; about half were contaminated; no ill effects yet.
I ordered Omega Naturals Fish Oil on line - the address is www.healthtechlabs.us. I have not contacted the company and I have suffered no ill effects. However, it is pretty disgusting to see "matter" floating in a supplement that is supposed to increase your health.
I had taken almost all of the capsules when I noticed something floating inside one of the capsules. I don't know what it is, but it looks like little pieces of tissue.
When I checked the rest of the capsules about half of them were contaminated with whatever it is. Then, when I looked into the container, there was a black curly hair. It looked like a (gulp) pubic hair. Obviously I stopped taking them.
