Have the Visa card but unable to order
The Customer Service of Healthy Benefits Plus from Health Net after getting all the information they asked to confirm I had a membership they repeat several times the information I gave. They do NOT know how to tell you HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE OF THE OTC the program offers.
I downloaded their catalog!!!
Their Website refers you to several companies where you can order, but they don't have the catalog I downloaded.
Two afternoons wasted trying to order the OTC I need. They are making impossible to spend the funds given for OTC Spendables.

Verified Reviewer |Terrible customer service. The worst app ever created!
If you're older, this app will frustrate you. Crazy unnecessary updates make you reapply to the system with verifications.
Please don't lose or misplace your card. If you lose your card, you will lose your benefits for at least 60 days until a new card arrives.
Every other month, you have to input your card number into the app. This is by far the absolute worst app I've ever used.
User's recommendation: Write down your card number and put it away because every other month a new business is taking over the app and making you put your information in and create a new password.
My ex-wife got a new phone for my old number, and now has access to my funds on here

Can not login getting really sick of it
I cannot log in into my account I have to keep putting a code in it tells me it is loading but after 5 minutes loading it kicks me out. I have tried changing my password has not worked either.
Why is this not working. I have had a difficult time with it since you updated your program

Can't use the service
Unable to be verified on Healthy Benefits Plus. Been unable to change the listed phone #(419-263-****) on the verification page.
The phone number shown is a land line and I'm trying to change it to 260-416-****(c). Tried changing in Humana.com but that did not change the Healthy Benefits phone #. Right now I cannot use the website, pls help.

I had problems with the Healthy Benefits Plus program that United Healthcare offers to members. I had tried to place an order for delivery of items for which I had an adequate budget.
However, the site displayed an address that I vacated on April 8, 2024. I corrected it, but then all of a sudden, the whole calculation changed and I was told I had to pay more while the website showed I had a credit balance! I created a PDF showing the order I placed, followed by the result when I corrected the address, and finally a page showing balances. I had complained to United Healthcare about the problem, but just now, I saw to my dismay that the items were ordered without consulting me first AND THEY WERE BEING SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS THAT I VACATED ON APRIL 8, 2024!
Doing all these things and not involving the customer goes beyond mere insanity! I already contacted Walmart to cancel the order. I don't know if I can trust them now. A better idea would be just to pay me in cash the amount left in my account and I'll do my own shopping with it if this sort of thing is the best I can hope for.
I'm not interested in the alibis that will be lies. This cannot possibly be justified by anyone with a functioning brain! I am seeing now that my account was charged for the order to be sent to an address in which I no longer live. This is unforgivable.
Maybe they just want to dump a disabled senior; this does look like that. This does merit some legal action; maybe that's my only option now as I am no longer wanted. Don't say I'm wrong.
I can read the writing on the wall. Now, it's VERY, VERY CLEAR!
