Dishonest business practices; poor attention to consumer needs
Healthsun enrolled me into their Medicare health plan against my specific instructions and without my knowledge and consent. I have been trying since November 15 2024 to cancel my enrollment just to find out on December 2nd 2024 that I was still enrolled in spite of the fact of multiple phone calls and my written request to that effect dated November 19 2024.
This unauthorized enrollment will affect ongoing medical appointments I have already scheduled and I will have to cancel
Preferred solution: Immediate cancellation as of today December 2 2024
