The honest answer is after poor health care from this poorly ran organization has failed to provide decent health care. I have been weeks without medication. I am a diabetic
- - I had to call Health Point's center, Walmart Pharmacy, and admin.
- - Dr. blamed Walmart and pushed Health Point Pharmacy with mail orders; monthly issues.
So after several calls to the health point call center and to Walmart Pharmacy. I had to call the Admin office.
Write a review, and threatened to report Health Point, The Dr. Put the blame on Walmart, and suggested using Health Point Pharmacy. They even do mail orders. I was sold.
But every month was an issue. Im from a small town, we call the Dr. Office and talk with the nurse or with the Doctors Nurse and get results. Never had to call a call center.
This is place of business, and not health care. Health Point should be CLOSED DOWN.
Preferred solution: Nothing, I want hp to put out of business. They do not provide quality care to everyone. They pick and choose who gets it that day.

They had a special to pay for ONLY SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Well, $138.00 later they claim I didn't CANCEL THE ORDER AND THEY SAID IT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE, BUT COULDN'T GIVE ME PROOF OF SAID CANCELATION COMMITMENT.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, I SAID THERE IS NO way I can afford this for a vitamin supplement? SCAMMERS

I ordered a blood pressure monitor last weekend and by Monday I had changed my mind and wanted them to cancel the order before it shipped. I found it very difficult to speak to anyone and in the end had to send an email.
They responded saying theyd do what they could .
Ive heard nothing since. Pretty disappointing and aggravating.

i made up my mind not to continue with HealthPoint clinics, because nothing is ever done about a complaint. they take too long to contact you, plus when they finally do they dragg along, like awe man another snitch, instead of a real concern. one day i'm going to look and HealthPoint will only be a memory, because of how they do things,i know other's have had the same experience that i had, but just gave up because nothing is going to be done about it.

I worked for health services which was under the umbrella of Coventry insuranceas I work there they used and abused me they wouldn't let me take time off to go very my father in law they would not let me take time off to take my child to the doctor during my training then they tell me I have a mandatory overtime I told him from the very beginning I could not work those hours after six o'clock due to my daycare they say oh well you do it so now what do i do I lose my job so any but I just want to let someone know do not do not do not go to work for health care services
